I ordered a steak cantina bowl from this location. As me and my son was sharing my bowl, halfway through it I felt like I was chewing gum. Something wasn’t right, so I pulled the hard chewy piece out of my mouth and I saw it was a big chunk of plastic. I checked my receipt to see if I ordered a side of plastic and it wasn’t the case. Turns out it’s the package for nacho cheese hence the nacho cheese still in the plastic. The cantina bowl does not come with Nacho cheese. I or my son could have choked or even worse ended up in the hospital.

Let me start off by saying I love some Taco Bell, but my experience at this particular one was ehhh. I was in the drive through for almost 30+ mins. When we finally got to the window she repeated the order back to me. I said«correct». Hands us the food and I drove off. Before I left the parking lot I checked the bag and it was a completely different order. I parked, went inside and told them they messed my order up, come to find out they didn’t even make my order so I had to continue to wait. And when I finally got the right order, it didn’t have tomatoes that I added to my burritos and the tortilla chips for the nachos tasted like boiled ass. Horrible experience. Two thumbs all the way down.

This place is bad. 23 minutes for a soft taco and burrito. I was the only person in the store. 15 minutes after I got there someone else came in. There were 5 people working. I have no idea why it is this ridiculously slow, it will be faster to pass by this one and drive to another Taco Bell. This is the worst one ever!

My last visit to this place – 9−16−2015 – led me to think it is unsafe to eat from because me and a relative had ordered the ghost pepper grillers and extra ghost pepper sauce but got habanero grillers and extra habanero sauce instead; and one griller had a sharp plastic object. I reported the finding of the object and the wrong sauce given to taco bell corporation online and I got silence from the area coach micah melvin when I said I should be recompensed for traveling back to this restaurant. I got silence for 6 months since reporting the found sharp object, now bill retz of taco bell only wants to give my refund and the cost of one meal on a gift card. taco bell has seriod trouble since it does not hire knowledgeable employees to know the difference between the habanero and the ghost pepper sauces, and either the restaurant employees or the meat plant is responsible for that hard object found in one of the three grillers. I also shared a picture of what was found to Taco bell but it doubts my story. Overall, at this taco bell and other locations, in terms of the food, something foreign may be found in it, including drinks, meat serving is trivial, the freshness of vegetables like the lettuce and tomatoes may be brown, wilted and limp and the wait time is moderate, rarely fast. Employees maybe ignorant of specials or promotions. ATTENTION: People INSPECT and CHEW whatever you order and/or drink from here and any restaurant.

Drive thru is too slow. It took me about 17 minutes to get 1 burrito. Incompetent staff.

So bad I walked out without completing an order. First, I was told to wait to place my order(nobody else there, just me and the one person behind me in line). Then they tried to charge me $ 10.80 for a chalupa combo with chicken. I routinely get this combo elsewhere for $ 8. If I wanted to spend $ 11 on mexican, I’d go get Carne asada or Pollo Ranchero from my favorite local joint, get good, hospitable service, and enough food to take for lunch the next day. Oh, and I’d get free chips and salsa. Fuck you very much, Taco Hell.

Dude like really. What is wrong with this place. No one should wait more than maybe 5 mins for drive thru. You have a full staff and food is taking forever. Was waiting in the drive thru line at least 15mins. They need to get a clue! I wish I couldn’t even give 1 star.

In the past there were good, crunchy tacos but tonight it was stale and the woman at the drive through was rude.

No stars is what I’d give it if I could. Expected to pull in at 6:45 and get breakfast. Sat at order screen for five minutes then pulled up to the order window and knocked and honked. No answer. Pulled around and saw a massive woman with an uncanny resemblance to the aunt Jamima woman from Tom & Jerry waddle out of a car with a uniform on. We called out while in the drive through lane again«is it not open at 6:30, as the sign says?» And she mumbled some ghetto sounding nonsense I almost couldn’t make out, but was akin to «dey need thirty minutes ta gets ready». Of course, this is the place that served me all the meximelts fused to paper and inedible so perhaps I’m the idiot for going back there. The Taco Bell ten minutes down the road was open and served us. What’s so hard about this?

I brought my nephew here. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. Good customer service goes a long way.
