Sweet Confessions Desserts & More

Luckily this place was near the Evergreen Marriott where I went for a trade show. My team gave out these cupcakes at our booth and they were amazing. First of all, the cupcakes were beautiful! The icing was fancy and swirled high with a drizzle and/​or garnish. The cookies n cream had a baby oreo cookie as a garnish — too cute! When people saw the cupcakes they were so excited. And they were delicious as well. I loved the vanilla with salted caramel and we also got the white choc raspberry. Service by Cacenta, the owner, was outstanding. She offered to deliver the cupcakes and brought half on one day and half on the other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Thanks for helping to make our event a success!

Well… I thought I was going to be reviewing this bakery. Took the time to stop by during their posted business hours and much to my dismay, the doors were locked with no note or anything. Funny stuff if you ask me. Can you count on a bakery to be «all that «if they can’t even be open at the times they say… hmmmm.

I am in love! I am so happy that I have found the yummy goodness that is Sweet Confessions. Cupcakes are my weakness, and I have been searching for cupcakes that are consistently good.
The service is wonderful, these ladies are very sweet and personable.
The cupcakes! Always very moist, and not dry. I have tried the sweet potato, red velvet, peanut butter, cookies and crème, and the turtle cupcake.
My favorite by far is the sweet potato cupcake, though the cookies and crème is to die for (especially the icing, not too sweet, but just right!)
The red velvet is also on point. It is not too rich or overpowering.
The turtle cupcake, which is chocolate caramel goodness is awesome as well, especially the caramel gooey treat on the inside.
The peanut butter cupcake was good, but the chocolate was a little overpowering for my taste, too rich, so I could not finish all of it. The icing was wonderful though. If you are a chocolate lover then you will love this cupcake.
If you are in the area, or just in search of an awesome cupcake I highly recommend that you stop by, I promise you will wish you had found this treasure sooner!

I live in Woodstock but was in Stone Mountain for business one day and stopped in to try their cupcakes. I can’t begin to tell you how excited I was when I took the first bite. The red velvet was my favorite– the cake was sweet & the icing was perfect — and a nice touch with the pecan on top… to remind me that it’s a southern recipe. The piña– colada cupcake was to die for, as well as the chocolate cake pop (which they so graciously gave me while I was waiting). The ladies that own this place are just as sweet as their desserts. I wish they’d come to Woodstock and open one here! If you are lucky enough to live in this area you’ve got to come by and give them a try. But, even if you don’t live nearby, it’s certainly worth the drive.

SCD&M is my «BEST KEPT SECRET» place to go for desserts. Cacenta is an absolutely AMAZING cake designer. She personally designed a birthday cake for me and the cake ended up being a MAJOR conversation piece at my birthday celebration. It was almost TOO CUTE to eat. But, to everyone’s surprise, IT TASTE GREAT TOO! It was full of flavor and super moist! I will RECOMMEND SCD&M with CONFIDENCE to any of my family and friends.
