Pizza Hut

I went in with my family which was about 7 of us and we dinned in to enjoy some good food after a long day. We ordered a big box (I think that’s the name of it.) which was 2 pizza’s wings and bread sticks and ordered a drink. Our food didn’t really take that long to bring out, about 10mins, but when it did come out I was a little upset. There were no plates!!! I came into pizza hut to dine in and then you tell me after I have ordered that you don’t have any plates. Also we wanted ice for our drinks and they didn’t have ice either. I will just have my pizza delivered instead.

This restaurant is horrible. Delivery service is even worse.
I placed a delivery order around 9:45 pm. Around 10:45 pm and not receiving my order I checked my email confirmation only to see that the delivery time is 1:00 am.
I immediately called the restaurant only to be on hold for 20 minutes. Then I was hung up on.
I called back and was hung up on several times without speaking to anyone.
I kept calling and eventually the call was answered only to have someone say very quickly, «Pizza Hut, we’re closed!», and then hang up before I could say anything.
Concerns that my card was already charged, I called back several more times. Finally, the same voice picked up and told me they were closed. He mentioned he saw my order in the system, but that my card was declined — which is totally untrue — and stated that any charges to my card would be put back on my card. So, was the card declined, or are charges being put back on the card!?!
This is the epitome of unprofessionalism.
Now, over an hour after placing an order and it being late in the evening I have few options for a late dinner.
Do NOT waste your time with this horribly managed Pizza Hut.

Ordered delivery twice and they got it wrong twice. This store needs new management and training.

Got a roach delivered in my pizza. Go somewhere else unless you want that little something extra.

I don’t know why I ordered the same meal and the prices came up different :/​BUT the delivery people are just so nice at this Pizza Hut and the wings and pizza come hot and fresh! Try the buffalo burning hot sauce, it’s the best !
Soo, I don’t order from this location anymore they hang up on you and have poor customer service. I said location and not piZza hut. I still love Pizza Hut.

I had my food delivered. Food arrived, wasn’t hot, deliverer wasn’t prepared with change. Boneless chicken wings had MOLD in them. Breadsticks was STALE. I was very disappointed in service after calling. Manager only defended food by claiming it was fresh. I made a call to corporate and plan to call the health inspector. Save yourself and don’t go through the hassle.

I absolutely love PH from way back in the 1990’s up north… on the weekends they are really busy… make sure you order early… they do need to upgrade their establishments. …look just like they did back in the day… even McDonald and Wendy’s have updated their establishments inside and out..

Customer have to wait to long for food to be made correct no I’m sorry just continuous talkin which keeps them for helping customers and getting food made quicker. Manager never came to the front when asked for. Don’t know how many more times me and my family will use them.

This place looks just like the one I went too in Queens when I was in high school except that one was cleaner & it feels like it was 100 years ago. This place is crap for customer service & God forbid you’d want to eat there. If you’re in the mood for pizza hut lock your doors driving by this place and head to the one closer to the mountain in Stone Mountain

Went here for the coupon and that’s what everyone else wanted. Pizza hut wont surprise you, if you’ve had it before. As i’m texting this review in the car (i’m not driving, relax), the pizza smells good, though in the past i’ve experienced under cooked, over cooked just average pizza. I will say this location has a nice staff and there’s plenty of places to sit. If the pizza surprises me i’ll come back and update my review. Otherwise…
