Took wife there for dinner after her teacher’s conference. Service was slow, blooming onion app was burnt(color between dark brown and black). Waiter was kind, just would disappear for the longest times. Was not at all impressed.

Went for my wife’s bday, numerous empty tables and still had a 25 min wait. Finally seated and waited another 10 min for a server to ask to get our drinks and apps. Waited another 10 min for drinks and ordered our meals, the roughly 20 min for the apps to come out. Server didn’t ask us for our salad selection as it came with the meal. Waited approximately 25 min after we received apps for main course and the food was warm, as if it was just sitting in the kitchen. I will reiterate that it was not busy plenty of open tables and the service was very slow. I will say that this will be my last visit.

Ribeye and filet mignon sooooo good just not crazy about thr sides! I got the filet mignon with holandaise and lobster wasnt the biggest fan of the holandaise lobster sauce the lobster was chewy like it had been cooked for too long. Baked potato over cooked. Creamed spinach left a weird after taste in my mouth(friend said the samething).

I ordered Sesame Chicken salad with mixed greens. What I got was a thin bed of iceberg or similar lettuce with 5 strips of chicken and a small slice of a red pepper. I asked waiter«where are the greens?» He seemed perplexed and called a manager. He brought me a small plate that seemed to have more greens. A chic fil a salad is 10 times better than this!

Came here again to get a to-go order and no surprise they messed it up again! I come here because it’s 3 miles from my house and every time they manage to screw up my order whether I get it to go or dine in. I think I shall make the call to corporate which I have been avoiding but I think it’s time. SMH

Stopped by to try their«Steak and All You Can Eat Shrimp» special… Their commercial is misleading(surprise, surprise!!) as the steak in their commercial is a 6oz filet(for $ 24.99, not $ 15.99). Ummm, I refuse to spend $ 25 for an Outback steak so I opted for the $ 15.99 small sirloin. The sirloin was only 5oz but it was just enough seeing as it came with bread, a side, and all you can eat shrimp. That being said, the shrimp scampi(usually my favorite at other restaurants!) was mediocre and usually tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. That said, I tried a fried shrimp(yes, 1 Lol) and those were good; more breading than shrimp but pretty yummy if you like fried shrimp. Overall, everything was really bland; especially the steak! And, although I love shrimp/seafood I wouldn’t suggest this special; I’d stick to Red Lobster’s All You Can Eat Shrimp specials if I were you. That being said, at least the people who worked there were really nice /our server was attentive.

We were at Stone Mountain and a T Storm rolled in that cut our visit short. Decided to go to Outback for some dinner while traffic eased up. I hate giving bad reviews but this place was really bad and need to at least let people know. Hostess, took over 20 mins to seat us in a largely empty restaurant. We had to ask about our table and it’s like she forgot that the party of 10 in front of her hadn’t been seated yet. How could you miss us. Got to the table waiter was very nice, but he showed up sporadically at best. They got my order wrong and the waiter said no problem they would correct it. It was a salad… not hard to make a new one. 10 mins later, the salad still hasn’t appeared. Waiter said he’d check on it. Comes back says it will be a few more minutes. I said don’t worry about it and asked them to take it off the bill. Which they did. The place just seemed to be unprepared for business. I’m sure they have an excuse like understaffed that day or something but that doesn’t cut it for me. It didn’t seem real competent.

the food was ok, but looks like our cook was in a mood to burn, because ribs and onion were overdone. The lobster tails were great. But it is not the food that made me unhappy, it is unbelievable slow service. Like someone already has written, our server was slow as molasses. I feel bad for my rating, because I wanted to give them more and I would, if not the stench that makes difficult to eat there.

After arriving at, what we thought was early for dinner, 4:30, we were told we would have a 25 min wait. We resigned to wait & took a seat. After over 25 min we checked how much longer & was told another 15 min! There was no way my kids could wait any longer so it was off to mcdonalds:( The food smelled good but we never got to taste it

I came here with my wife, son, and my best friend and his wife during the steak and endless shrimp promotion. I had seen the ads for steak and endless shrimp and was eager to get my shrimp fix. Our server William B was excellent, probably the best service I’ve had in a chain restaurant in many years. He kept our drinks full without us even having to ask. As far as the endless shrimp goes, he kept that coming as well. Usually with these endless deal, you have to tell the server you are ready for more and they take their sweet time in bringing it out. But William was not like this at all, when he came by to fill up our drinks, he checked to see if we were about done with our shrimp and if so he would automatically bring out more. We were nearly overwhelmed with all the shrimp and ended up having to take some home which was great! I feel like I got a great value for my money during this visit and the service was excellent. William kept our glasses full and the shrimp coming. He was also very attentive and was always checking on us to make sure everything was ok. In fact one person in our party had a problem with their steak not being cooked to the right temperature, and William immediately apologized and took the order back to the kitchen. When the replacement arrived, he waited until she cut into her steak to be sure it was right. Most other waiters would just walk away as soon as the plate arrived. I’m not sure when I will be back out in that area, but when I do and decide to go to this location again, I sure hope William B. is our server again.

Still dependable… My last review was: Dependable. I get a filet mignon medium rare, baked potato everything on the side, house salad with honey mustard dressing every time. I am a creature of habit and I have a huge amount of respect for any restaurant that can cook the same food the same way 50 times in a row over several years. Steaks are about an 8 on a 10 scale… Salads are excellent — fresh is good. Potato — what can you say they are appropriately cooked and served with great toppings.

The waitress are nice. But I don’t know who they have cooking the food. They undercook everything. Advice from a loyal customer,… If you want my business and my families, get a better cook, tell them to stop rushing, no need to rush with only 2 customers in the place.

Oh crap after coming here after having moved away for 5 months… the Ahi app was essentially lost; the steak came after the salad by 20 seconds, totally out of control. Adding worst Outback experience ever…

Unfortunately our last two visits were bad. Both of our steaks, both time, were very rare when we asked for medium. The manager offered us something for the trouble, and my husband asked for a glass of wine, which was super nice of her, but our waitress ended up charging us for it, lol. No biggie! But anyways, they came back well and tasted good but both times we waited for a very long time for our sangria pitcher and meals. The manager IS always running around and she is always super nice, but this location has been lacking lately.

Meh. That’s about all I can say. Overall meal was just ok. The bloomin onion wasn’t hot, but more along the lines of lukewarm. The salad was simple and pretty mediocre. My prime rib wasn’t cooked the way I asked and was just not that great. My grilled lobster was salty for some reason, but was ironically the better part of my meal along with the baked potato. Service was so-so. Our server was friendly, but slow as molasses. I doubt I’ll return.
