After waiting over an hour past my appointment time I was seen by a physician assistant who didn’t know why I was there(I reminded the counter staff upon arrival). Then I told another assistant why I was there, and finally I reminded a doctor why I was there. I came in to have a panel of four blood tests done. The physician informed me that one of them would be done by skin test not blood work, that’s ok. When I got to the phlebotomist a hour and 40 minutes past my appointment time I had to again reiterate what I needed done. After having blood drawn for the first 3 tests I was informed that they don’t do the fourth test which the doctor just put in an order for by that particular method, and it could not be completed by blood test because that’s not how the order was put in. I would have to go to the health department instead. Where is that? Is this a referral? No just go anywhere else, any health department or other practice. The appointment was made with the expectation reinforced by the receptionists, physician, physicians assistants, and phlebotomists verbal affirmation that they would do all four tests required, and then only after they completed blood draw did they tell me that test four was just not done there. After this I wandered the hallways for 10 minutes attempting to free myself from this labyrinth of disappointment. No staff bothered to direct me out. Most of the staff was very pleasant, but that didn’t really help me in accomplishing any objectives. [Update] Two weeks later now, they have called me and informed me they did not draw enough blood for the tests, and I would have to come back in to have more taken! This has wasted an entire day to find out because the office will put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on you, each time you call back the cycle restarts, until the office closes, and still no resolution. Also the computer that calls to inform patients that results are in will not stop calling every morning at 9:00, even though I have been in to the office since.

Forty five minutes to get my blood pressure taken. Forty five minutes longer to see a doctor for five minutes who misdiagnosed my issue. Twenty minutes to have blood taken by a phlebotomist who was walking around on her phone chatting and also gave me a bruise that’s here ten days later. Never received my pin info to retrieve my blood test results. Just a bad experience all the way around. Stay clear
