Nearly two weeks after having sending in my initial request to have the water connected, I still have no water in my new house. I’ve been battling these morons on practically a daily basis and am being treated as if I am an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Their automated system is absolutely terrible. If there are no customer service reps available, it ends the call; you don’t even get put in a queue. You have to call them over and over until you get a person on the line… IF you get a person at all.
I’m being charged for the previous tenant’s bill, and I can’t even resolve it over the phone… and it’s THEIR mistake.

If I could give them negative stars I certainly would.
Just awful. Their voice automated system is the absolute worst, I can never get through to a live person when I call. I once called and emailed them for 3 days straight and not once did I get anyone on the phone or even a response to my email. If you need any type of assistance, be prepared to have to drive up their their business of operation. Major inconvenience all around.
