Normally I really like coming to this store. It’s convenient for me and the counter staff are pleasant enough. My issue is that they changed my doctor’s prescription, didn’t bother to call or notify me all, and keep sending me texts to pick it up even though I told them twice in person it’s not correct and will not be picked up. I explained it to the pharmacist today and his response was«dude, it’s your problem with your insurance. We don’t have time to call everyone when there is a problem» I’m not your dude and don’t appreciate being spoken to in an unprofessional manner by someone I am supporting with my business. And yes I do expect to be notified if the Rx cannot be filled as written. Wasted 2 trips driving there. Called CVS corporate to complain. Suppose to get call back with 2 days. We’ll see…

This CVS Is terrible, the pharmacy sucks! I went to the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my grandson that was called in by his pediatrician a couple hours prior. After sitting in the drive thru for 20 min I was told to circle the store & go to the back of the drive thru line twice because my script wasn’t ready. This place needs a training in customer service!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Last time I had a prescription they told me it would be three hours. This was mid-day on a Tuesday. Not even their busy times. I came to pick it up 3 hours later and they told me it wasn’t ready. I’m here now to pick up a prescription for my fiancée who told him when they dropped it off that he just had dental work and was in pain and they told him no more than an hour. Well they couldn’t find him in their system and after a good amount of time they found the script. Then to make matters worse they have his insurance info wrong which makes no sense because he has been here plenty of times before and has always had the same insurance.

I should re-write my review. The last time I complained about customer service but i’ll say lately that i’ve had nothing short of great service. I went in today and picked up a bottle of Gatorade and the cashier walked back to the cooler while I was searching for my cvs card, grabbed a different flavor, apologized and said the flavor I selected was old and didn’t charge me for it. Wow, good service! The pharmacy, i’ve found, tends to be much more competent these days, and goodness, some of the girls who work behind the pharmacy counter leave you speechless! So yea, i’ll add a couple more stars to my previous review because i’m a sucker for good customer service and will always congratulate it when I have it. Kudos, CVS

Nothing to write home about. It’s a plain and simple CVS. I do like the pharmacists as they are very knowledgeable and helpful about a lot different things.
