AT&T Authorized Retailer

This place is horrible. There is only 1 person here and I came in and had to wait over an hour (seriously) to get some help because he took his time with a previous customer. Granted she was here first, but by the time an hour and a half past, there was 5 other ppl waiting to be help and the associate was talking about fun tips and tricks she can do with her phone and then even assisted the lady with putting a screen protector on her phone. he was definitely taking his time and paid no attention to all the other people waiting for over an hour now. and it didn’t help that she was extra chatty too. horrible customer service. Never coming here again.

I will freely admit that I’m a bit tech retarded. Maybe I just yearn for a simpler time but I have been suffering from an innate fear of the latest technology for a very long time.
When my «dumb phone» recently died (rip) and I needed a new cell phone my wife dragged me kicking and screaming into this AT&T store for a new «smart phone».
Bottom line — I walked out with a new I phone 5 and was border line excited.
When we first walked into this store there was one lone customer service /​sales rep with a line of 4 people waiting for attention. We walked back out after about 10 mins and proceeded to take care of some other business (typical Saturday errands). Came back in about an hour later and was assisted by a super professional /​personable guy (Karim — I think). In about 20 mins he had set me up with a new phone and given me a good basic education in how to use my new phone. He was also able to save us some much needed $$ by combining our two phone plans.
Since the initial visit and purchase of my new phone I have had the need to call this AT&T store twice with some questions /​issues. On both occasions I have had prompt, courteous and professional customer service.
I still remain (and always will) be reticent about the newest and latest technology but this AT&T location has gone a long way to converting me to 21^st century communication technology.
