Ditto to the previous review. I also purchased a voucher via dealfind, believing that I had just received a wonderful deal however after one month of leaving messages on their voice mail, to schedule a clean, without a response I must call for a refund. I cannot give a star because I never spoke with anyone from this business despite my numerous messages. I especially dislike leaving poor ratings for small businesses because I am an entrepreneur as well. However, because we are small businesses our customer service skills should be outstanding.

Right now, I am going to say 1 star. I purchased a deal/​package from this company on Locally over a week ago. I contacted them via their website because there was no phone number listed. I still have yet to hear anything. Today I did a new search and was actually able to find a new YP and Unilocal page for them with a phone number this time. I had to leave a message because apparently they don’t take calls at 9:30am.
If I don’t get a call back from them in two days, I am contacting Locally for a refund. And they will have earned the 1 star.
I hope they call me back and I can upgrade their star ranking soon!
For now, i would recommend to not buy from Locally or buying any package from this company. You won’t be able to use them!
