I just bookmarked this food track only hours before having to have a taste. Luckily there was a AreaMeet_​StocktonCa event Food Truck Frenzy today, so I grabbed a few buds and headed down in the rain to get me a taste. The rain didn’t put a damper on the festivities and the people where coming in bursts.
There were more than a handful of food trucks to try and after walking up the row I made the hard decision but the right one in the end. I went with «The Wok!»
I know food trucks and their service isn’t always the quickest, so while we waited for out items we went to check out the cupcake van next to it. Then I went to the restroom, then to my car, then ran back. My order still wasn’t ready. I was only third in line and order just a sandwich. I kinda forgot that I was waiting for my food and just continued talking with my buds until my order was up. Since my friends ordered after me I knew we were in for a bit of a longer wait.
After about 30 minutes to get everyone’s food (there were 4 of us) and headed inside to listen to music and chit chat. We sit down and I open my Styrofoam box and BOOM!!! A full sized sandwich! I somewhat expected it to be smaller, $ 5 was worth it’s size for sure!
My only complaint was the bread was stale. It took all my might to chew off a piece. The sauce and the meat were totally amazing. Sauce dripping everywhere I ran through half a dozen napkins on just a portion of the sandwich. My friends food look equally great and man, did I try with all my little gal heart to not take a bite of their meals. Though we thought the Thai teas were going to be homemade they were bottled but they have the good brand, in a glass bottle.
For sure, I will be on the look out for this truck again in the hear future. Totally yummy!

Love this place. I have had to follow them around to find them but love it. The food is great. I did the chicken sandwich and the cucumber salad… omg so delish… extra spicy like I love it. The guy even gave me a taste to make sure that the flavors were correct. I have tried the Asian chicken tacos and those were off the hook… the Phở when we had it was delish although I know others had issues ours was great. I know my pan Asian food so I think they treat you different when you know it too… Guys are very nice and will tell you the specials and suggest things. I would highly recommend trying them out for your self.

I just happened to be driving during my lunch down Navy Drive to get gas in my car when I saw Wok N’ Roll Pan-​Asian Cuisine. I figured if they were still there on my way back I will pick up a littel something since I have been wanting to try them for some time now. OMG I am so glad that I did. I ordered three street tacos for $ 6.00 and decided to pick my boss up two as well for $ 4.00. Let me say the veggies were fresh and cream sauce and every thing that I had was awesome. The chicken cooked well. I truly enjoyed my dish. I wanted to go back and see if I could hit them up for more. LOL The service was great and they were quick in getting the order compeleted. I will hit this again when they are out here. I will say this is a great change from the normal lunch trucks around town, and at times I dont feel like a standard taco truck. Will try this again.

First saw this truck at a lunch event by the Stockton Record but missed it. Then the truck has been parking downtown for the last few weeks so I finally was able to stop by at lunch and give it a try… NO BUENO!
I ordered the pad thai ($ 7) and spring roll 3 pcs ($ 4). The pad thai didn’t have a meat option so you would assume it came with the normal chicken and tofu– nope, grilled pork! what?! It was also topped with pickled veggies (why?) and a large squirt of sriracha. I have had plenty of pad thai and this is by far the WORST. The spring rolls were bad too– 1 small piece of pork, cilantro, 1 piece of lettuce, and tons of noodles served with nuoc cham (fish sauce). Ugh– where is the shrimp, mint, & peanut sauce?! What a waste of $ 11!
I was really rooting for you Wok N’ Roll but what a disappointment!

Super friendly service and good food. Perfect ingredients for a food truck. I’ve had the eggs rolls, lettuce wraps and beef stew so far All good and lookig forward to working my way thru the menu. Oh and they serve breakfast. Catch them out and about

Stopped here at a food truck war at UOP. Had the Beef Stew and my wife had the Pork Sandwich. The stew was ok nothing special, the sandwich was awful, the meat was nearly all gristle with a strange flavor.
The real sad part was the service and cleanliness. 3 guys working in the truck and they all had their backs turned to the window, myself and 2 others waited nearly 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. At one point they opened the door to look for someone and I could see in the truck. Granted it was near the end of the day, but it was filthy. The outside of the truck was also filthy. Sorry but they show no pride in the equipment, the food, or the service.

I wouldn’t even give them a star, but unfortunately, I have to. Bad service and disgusting food. I literally waited for an hour and a half for my food. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure I could get my food faster at a restaurant. I’d rather eat at Arby’s than this truck — and that’s not saying very much. Try this truck at your own risk!

The Phở is excellent like usual ! Today the chicken spring rolls are the rock star of the show.

I tried this place a few days ago and found out it was 4 $ phở Wednesday hah which was cool… i ordered that and the chicken pad thai… both were good but I’d try the phở again… the pad thai no so much… not that it was bad or anything just preferred the phở… the guys inside were nice and even shook my hand after my order was complete and seemed to be friendly… i do want to come back and try the spring rolls and the asian sandwich… currently i am a big saigon sandwich fan of their sandwiches and spring rolls… overall i am pleased that there is a «phở truck» in stockton I think thats really cool lol I can see why people like it… maybe next time I will call in my order though I think I waited about 30mins for my food… which isnt horrible but isnt exactly fast food haha

Just awesome. Simple menu with great food. Very fresh and well seasoned. This is a great alternative to the many taco trucks in town.

Delicious! My husband said the broth in the Phở was «Phenomenal» and I have to agree. We also gave the Pork Pad Thai a try and I absolutely loved it. The flavor of the pork was incredible and I will definitely be returning for more.

We saw this truck on our way out of the Kaiser parking lot. I am always wishing for something other than a Mexican food truck and only know of a couple other kinds of trucks. So the truck finally parked at Angel Cruz Park and we got up our post-​stalking nerve and went to see our choices. We ordered pork pad thai, phở, and a pork sandwich. We asked for spicy on the pad thai since the owner said he doesn’t usually make it spicy. We took our food home — beautiful! See the photos. The phở was very good with nice flavor. The pork in the sandwich is very flavorful. The pad thai looks great. I didn’t eat it as it is my husbands dinner. We will definitely get food from here again! Good luck to the owners who were very friendly and looked very happy. It is great to see Stockton getting some new choices on the food truck venue.
