For several years I have been very uncomfortable smiling or talking for that matter. My teeth were so bad and I don’t like going to the dentist. I’ve just had a lot of bad experiences in the past and also financially it just kept getting put off. Finally back in October 2014 I decided it was time to do something about it and made an appointment with Dr Russ’s office. Took some time, a few months of going through extractions and healing and fittings but I can say today it was all worth it. I now can smile again and am so grateful for Dr Russ and his team. They are a great group of people with a lot of patience and understanding. In all my visits I’ve seen a lot of rude impatient people, demanding the impossible. One thing I do want to say, Dr Russ is very popular and is a very busy office. If you don’t like long waits in the waiting room, make your appointments as early as possible. Bring something to read(that helps time pass). And if you just can’t handle a busy office, go somewhere else, but don’t treat people like you’re the only person that is important. So again to Dr Russ and his team, thank you so much for giving me my smile back. I never realized how much I missed it!!! And my family and friends have said the same ;)

The only dental office I’d go to! Clean office and staff is very attentive and caring and Dr. Russ is super gentle at giving shots!(Not to mention he has nice teeth! how the saying goes don’t trust a dentist with bad teeth! ;D) He has many years of experience and I don’t know about you but that makes me feel like I’m in good hands! Thanks Dr. Russ and staff!

I arrived at the dental office at 8:37am and my appointment wasn’t until 9am. They said I had to be rescheduled for next month. I then call them to ask them to shred my paperwork because I would be taking my business elsewhere… about 30 minutes later I received a text message from the manager. I am so appalled that anyone would think it’s its ok to text a customer. I will never return!

I was told to show up and hour early to confirm insurance(WOW, that is crazy). I’ve NEVER had to show up that early ANYWHERE to see if my insurance is verified. They stated that arriving this early needed to occur to verify that my insurance is verified and to ensure I was seen at 11:00am(my appointment time). I arrived at 10am and when 11 am came, everyone else was called and I kept thinking I’ll be next, NOTATALL. I waited all the way until 11:50am and then told them to cancel. I know what many are thinking, why not just wait since you waited that long? I’d rather not have my insurance and I pay/support a business that service SUCKS. Going elsewhere!!!
