I’ve only been to this dispensary twice but so far I think that it’s a nice little shop. I purchased a vape pen cartridge and when I got home I noticed the oil had leaked out. The dispensary has signs clearly stating the «All sales are final policy» so my first thought was to email the manufacturer of the cartridge. They suggested I try to return it and if I had any problem they would help. I returned the cartridge to Waterloo and after I explained what happened they refunded my money and gave me a free pre-rolled on the house. Needless to say I was more than happy with my experience and will recommend them to others.
