If Walgreens pharmacy does not answer phones, why not say so. Holding for more than 30 minutes is ridiculous.

I like this branch of Walgreens. It’s convenient coz it’s close to my house plus they’re open 24hrs. Sometimes you have to wait in line to pay during rush hour but otherwise the wait time is not bad if they have at least 2 cashiers. I gave it three stars because of poor customer service. Today, i was just buying two items but the customer in front of me had a lot of items & problems with her coupons so she had to call a manager. I asked the cashier if their cosmetic dept could help me with my purchases. She just looked at me & said I guess so. How hard is it to call for back up help while she’s waiting for a manager. Finally, the manager came, solved the coupon problem & helped with the line. Customer Service is a must people!!!

Overall I like Walgreens prescription service. They notify you when your prescription is due for a refill via email and all you have to do is click reply and send and they take care of the rest. They will notify when your prescription is ready for pick up. Another method… you can scan the barcode on your prescription bottle using the Walgreens app, they refill your prescription and notify you when it’s ready to pick up. And you can pick up your prescription at this particular store 24/7/365…using their drive-thru service. All very convenient! BUT…do not try to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. Their hold/wait times can be unacceptable. I called a couple months ago and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Yesterday I needed to speak with the pharmacy and was on hold for 23 minutes. During that 23 minutes I drove across town and was sitting in their drive-thru line by the time they answered! That is totally unacceptable. There’s a good chance that I might have to transfer my prescriptions to another provider. I do hope they read their reviews and fix the problem!

To top it off they won’t call you to let you know if they can’t fully fill your prescription because«they’re too busy.» I had our son’s prescription sent there, and dropped by an hour later at 7 pm. After waiting in line for an eternity they told me it would be ready at 9 pm, 2 hours later. Came back at 9 pm and we were told they didn’t have the full prescription and that it would be extra for a bigger quantity… When I told them they had 2 hours to call me so I could get it filled elsewhere she pointed at the line and drive-thru pharmacy and gave me a half– hearted sorry. Honestly, they have two overworked techs(which went down to one after one of them went home) and one pharmacist on duty. Walgreens– quit being cheapskates and hire more people! Ridiculous. My last time getting a prescription filled here.

One of the girls in the pharmacy was nice but then she had stepped out and a heavy set women tried to assist me. She got frustrated because she couldn’t find my files when it was right in front her. Instead of being calm about it she gave me an attitude when she came back to the window. Now, if I had said anything to her to upset her for her to come back with an attitude then I’d understand but since I didn’t. It was just uncalled for. Wish I would’ve gotten her name so that I could call management on her. If it’s your fault you can’t find something don’t get mad at the patients.

Ordered 1 hr photo. Received email saying it’s ready. Nope. Came in saying sorry chemicals wrong in phot processor. I asked why no call so I didn’t waste my time going there. Manager said he just got to work. Previous manager could call? Unhappy, avoid photo dept if possible.

The slowest drive thru pharmacy EVER then I went there at like 1am after being released from emergency. This asshole said I had to come back to pick up my medicine because he had to GOTOLUNCH complete asshole this guy was and he was the pharmacist. The worst customer service ever.

the pharmacy dept. here is great. Very helpful. Vanessa is very nice. She is very attentive. They didn’t have the medication I needed so she called another facility. She was very patient. She also let me know that they had flu shots available and there was no waiting inside. I really appriciate the excellent customer service. keep up the good work. :)

This experience at Walgreens was very disappointing you have a supervisor(Sintoya) walking around with a clipboard with a chip on her shoulder and a power trip. when you have a supervisor with a power trip I makes the workers comfortable as well as the consumers no wonder I walked out.

Perhaps in the past this particular Walgreen’s has been unsatisfactory for some, but of recent, this Walgreens has great customer service and employees. The pharmacy in particular is outstanding, the drive-through window is functional and quite efficient; the pharmacist or pharm tech will respond to you promptly. The pharmacy and its pharmacist work very quick and fill prescriptions in a timely manner. The store itself is adequate. It’s not huge, but has the things you need. I have not had any problems with this branch of Walgreens and would recommend anyone to visit here for their prescription needs.

My go-to store. It’s in a perfect location, especially for where I live. I come here mainly for small things I don’t feel like traveling to Target for, or if I’m in a rush. Lines have never been long on any of my visits. 4 stars because of the prices on «convenience» items. $ 7 for power steering fluid? Then again, it is a convenience store…

Three stars for being the only store type business open on Christmas Day and for the employees having a good attitude working on a holiday. Minus two stars because they did not even come close to having what I needed. All I wanted was a couple of standard brake light bulbs… the kind that you need in almost every car. They had an «automotive» department… it was like 2 feet of the left side of an isle. No bulbs at all… not like they were just out they did not have any bulbs what so ever. Maybe I am being picky but with all the other crap they have at a Walgreens you think they would have a couple of brake light bulbs. How disappointing. Just for the record we found the bulbs at the first Chevron Station we stopped at. I will still totally shop here in the future just hopefully next time they will have what I need in stock. :0)

My Wife inadvertently left a XMAS wrapping paper purchase at the store. When she returned home she realized she had left it, called the store, and was told to come back and they would ensure she had the paper. After returning to the store the assistant manager told her it was her fault and they would not give her the paper. The result was we left another $ 20 worth of purchases in the store and walked out in disgust. I will now go out of my way to avoid purchasing anything at this store. Was the fact that we left the paper our fault? Of course it was. Would it have caused a Walgreens bankruptcy to give us a replacement roll. Of course it would not have. How clueless can you get? I am sure there are many middle class people trying to scam Walgreens out of a $ 4 roll of XMAS paper. zero stars, I’ll go to CVS from now on.
