I drive an extra mile or two just to go here when I have two other, closer options. The only place I know of with wifi. It costs a little more here compared to others but it’s also in a better area. Other places are ghetto. The employees here are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. My only complaint is that it’s a little smaller here.

i have been to a number of laundromats in my lifetime and by far this has been the best one. i love the size of their washer and dryers. i bit pricey compared to the other laundromats ive been with $ 2.50 per wash, but it is well worth it. u get a free dry with wash. place is clean, owner is in the premise, they have free wifi and free coffee. the only laundomat i don’t dread going to.

Omgoooosh!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Well the people! Me being absent minded as usual, had a lot of clothes to wash. I FORGOT SOME THERE! Yea, 2 days later i go hoping they might still have them on a string of hope AND THEY DID! Wrapped up put away waiting for me. I really appreciated that any other place would have just said o well. They clean, cheap, really nice owners and as you see im a customer fully satisfied! :))) ty ty ty thaank you!!!

Best Laundromat in Stockton, hands down! Friendly and helpful staff, as well as the other folks that were in there! I had to wash 2 comforters and it was the best deal in town on a triple wash machine — plus the dryer was free! Wonderful people, great business — I wish them the best of luck and continued success!

Very clean, good quality machines. Owners are nice, showed me how to do everything and gave me a bottle of water. Free wifi, free dry with wash. I did all of my comforters at once and they look great!

Gotta love those triple load washing machines for cleaning blankets and comforters… or a ton of laundry at once (amirite?!). Came here today, Saturday afternoon, and it was not crowded. $ 7 for one triple load wash and the dry is FrEe.
Tips:
–Bring quarters. It’s ok if you don’ t have any because they have a change machine too.
–Bring your computer, there’s FREE WIFI.
–Budget 30 min wash and 24 min dry.
–For the dryer: remember, turn the knob 3 clicks for the full 24 min dry, then hold down the start button for a few seconds.

So I’m not a Laundromat expert, but I was super impressed with Thornton Laundromat. I got my big bag o’clothes into a triple load washer and the Guy (the owner, I think) answered all of my newbie questions with a friendly attitude. There’s a change machine on site so I didn’t have to bring quarters, and they also appeared to have free coffee and snacks and laundry supplies for sale. It’s a clean place in an OK neighborhood with a TV and free wifi. All of the other people I encountered were very nice.
Now here’s why I’m giving it 5 stars: After putting my stuff in the washer (stolen $ 7.50 for a triple load with free drying), I took my toddler to Chuck E Cheese (5 – 10 mind south down Thornton). When we returned to put the big load in the dryer, the owner and I discovered my washer had been paused with ²⁷⁄₄₂ minutes left. Ugh! So my munchkin and I are hot, tired and hungry, plus the kiddo wants to go back to chuckecheese and is due for his nap soon, right? The owner saw this and told me he’d wait for my washer to finish then put everything in the dryers so we could come back in about 90 minutes! He was so friendly and gracious about the entire thing that I was just outrageously grateful.
If we have to do more laundry here (we’re just visiting for a few weeks and staying in a Lodi hotel that charges $ 1.75 per HE machine load and has one dryer that won’t dry in one cycle), I will probably take advantage of Thornton’s wash/​fluff & fold service for $ 1 per pound just because it’s tough doing the Laundromat deal myself with an anxious toddler in tow. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to use the machines again otherwise and I hope everyone who reads this will support this great small business because the owner is such a nice guy! His two sons were there when we were there as well, so it’s clearly a family business and I like supporting other nice families.

Good machines, free dry with wash. Came in around 4 on a Friday and no lines to the big machines (they have a bunch of em). Bit pricey at $ 7.50 a load (again for big machine) but the owners are nice and keep the place clean. Good pizza joint in the mall. There’s a bar across the way, Captain’s, looks pretty locals/​divey. Free Wi-​Fi and 75 cent sodas and snacks. Oh, and it is a wash and fold if you want to drop off.
