Subway

Today was an interesting experience for me at Subway.
Today was 103 and it was way to hot to eat at my work .So I said what the heck and let’s eat at Subway.
As I walked in there was a female customer, huffing and puffing with her three kids making it hard for the Subway workers. Switching up the orders on the fly. Asking to sample all the meat and sauce. I’m like is she serious? ??? For one I have 45 minutes, I don’t got time for crazy stuff like this.
I see this stuff all the time. People trying to score free food or get something for free. Major kudos to three women working today. If you were waring name tags, I would mention you.
I love how you handled a disgruntled customer who had intentions to hustle you guys out of a few sandwiches. That’s another form of «great customer service skills».
During all the distractions that rude customer brought. You ladies were still able to make my sandwich swiftly and smile and tell me «have a nice day». I love that. I don’t come to this location that much because it’s a little out the way from my job.
The service here is always great and my sandwiches are always made quick. The shop is always clean and the AC was working to perfection today. .

They were quick but not super friendly. Also, they were not busy and some of the tables were dirty. I saw people cleaning their own tables before they sat down. They shouldn’t have had to do that since it was not at all busy.

I love this place. The customer service is very nice. The food is great. I come here all the time!
