Stenson’s Engraving

I was very thorough on the spelling and still somehow they misspelled. The lettering wasn’t even black (gray) and looked easy to remove. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything engraved at this location. Customer service was sufficed at the very least

These guys really helped me out! My wife will be excited about her Christmas present this year.

This is my anniversary present. This is the second time they engraved it because lettering started coming off. The owner says this is quality work and it’s legible so he won’t fix it. AMAZED at his poor customer service!

I was in a bind and needed an item engraved and I needed it done the next day. I tried quite a few places, but Stenson’s came to my rescue! Not only did they get it done the next day, he had it done several hours earlier than promised, and they did a fantastic job. The pricing was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend Stenson’s Engraving and will be back again myself.

I wanted a candlestick to hold a baptismal candle. They did not have any in the store and did not seem to have a way to order any other items, nor could they offer any assistance in finding what I wanted. I asked what the requirements for engraving the base of the candlestick might be so I would know what to look for when I searched and they said that a slight curve would be alright, but when I brought in a candlestick with a very slight curve in the base, they said that the surface needed to be totally flat. I decided to have them engrave the name and date vertically on the flat front of the candlestick as my second choice. My item was with them for 5 days and when I arrived at 2:30 to pick it up, it was not ready. I did not realize that when they wrote down the day it could be picked up they included a 4:00 time — so apparently they work right up to their deadline. When I picked it up, the engraving was so light that you could not even read it without tipping the candle stick to get just the right light. When I commented on that they said it was because the candlestick was too shinny (it is silver) like many of the things they sell. I cannot recommend using Stenson’s Engraving if you are planning to use anything other than their limited stock items to engrave.
