Ruth helped some of my family members obtain a home successfully. Eventually, when I was ready to buy a house, my family gave me her card and highly recommended her to us. Once I met Ruth, she sat with me and my wife, she took her time to go over the process and answer all the questions that we had. She was patient and took her time to make sure we understood what were the next steps. What I liked about Ruth is that she asked us to write what were the most important things we wanted in a home. Amazingly, she found a house that had all those qualities. We bid on the house, but encountered the seller’s realtor being difficult and somewhat obnoxious. Ruth, being a professional that she is, dealt with the seller’s realtor and helped us bypass the loops that were presented. Ruth suggested a lender whom she partners up with, Wendy. We were so happy we did so, because Wendy also gave us 110% and professionally got us approved and got us into our new home. I highly recommend Ruth. We were first time home buyers, which can be a scary thing, specially when the process is all foreign to you. Ruth got us approved, found a house, dealt with the house logistics and the seller’s obnoxious realtor and got us the keys all within 35 days… she stood by us all the way-​she has good work ethics and is very diligent. If anyone can get you a house, it is definitely her. I learned later that she also helped sell my cousin’s house. She is truly amazing at multitasking. Thanks Ruth, we love our new house.
