This place is HORRIBLE! I walked in and it was so inside that the machines had condensation on them. There were no drip trays and no nozzles on the machines, so when I got a sample, the yogurt went all over my hand and I felt like there was nowhere to put it… So I walked across the store with it dripping everywhere and had sticky hands. I tried another sample. Same thing. Mess. Now, the flavor of the yogurt was horrible. It tasted so watered down. It tasted like plain yogurt with a few drops of weird flavoring. No good. Also, the flavor selection was pretty bad. I felt like I was at an old movie theater with stale popcorn and one type of candy to choose from. I would not go here again. It’s frozen yogurt. How hard can it be?

Very nice yogurt shop. Clean and very good customer service. I like their tart. They also have fruits, walnut, almond and all others topping. I will love to go back again with some of my friends.

This place satisfied the cravings! I love the selection of flavors and toppings despite the joint being quite small, and the girl that helped us provided great customer service. I believe her name was Yasalin? Super helpful and nice even while I came by when it was nearly closed. Will come back again

Ruby yogurt on Quail Lakes Dr in Stockton, California. After dinner tonight the kids wanted something sweet. I didn’t want to drive to far because my kids had to be home before 10 Pm. So I called Ruby’s up and found out they close at 10 Pm. I said to myself«perfect» because Ruby’s yogurt is probably a quarter mile from the Habit Burger joint. The place was empty when we arrived and it was just one female worker cleaning the patio. I asked if it was her on the phone. She replied«yes» I do like when I call places for hours and they would respond«we’ll be waiting for you» or just excellent customer service skills. I received this tonight, so I was very impressed. It’s been a very long time since we last came here but the kids new what they wanted right off the bat. So I grabbed our seat and the kids went crazy trying the free samples. The female worker was explaining everything to my children and didn’t mind at all helping them when they needed it. I thanked her for that. I’m usually good at asking someone for their name. But tonight I was just lost for words. The total damage was a bit over $ 11 bucks. I tried the yogurt myself and liked it. My Son ate half of his and ended up passing out in my car. «Because he just played a football game» so I ended up with my lil girl. She kept playing with her yogurt. Then we shared it together and had a beautiful time tonight. On the plus side there is outside seating. There’s only two tables inside and it’ll get packed real quick. The selections for the toppings are limited. I did notice they sell ice cream cones here. But I didn’t get a price on them. Also they do take ATM& credit cards. For you High Rollers no $ 50 or $ 100 bills. So good job on the customer service we recieved. Yeah we’ll be back soon. Vincent D *VD* Enjoying the simple things in life.

I had a pretty standard frozen yogurt experience here. I ended up going for sorbet because it always ends up being my favorite at these places. There were an ok amount of choices and the machine dispensed my sorbet a little less frozen than I would have liked, the yogurt came out more frozen for my friend Katie so that’s a plus. There were lots of topping choices and the end result was about $ 3.50 worth of tasty sorbet and fruit. I’ll have to go back and see if they switch out flavors often and I’m hoping it was just an off time for my liquid spewing machine, but the staff was nice and it was still pretty tasty. Also the outdoor seating was great, we got to sit and chat for about an hour and since it wasn’t that busy we felt no pressure to hurry up and leave.

Was happy to get my yogurt UNTIL I saw a cockroach running across the floor. G.R.O.S.S. The one star is for the worker that called her boss to check what yogurts were non-dairy. If there’s cockroaches crawling out of the machines. What’s in the back room with the open condiments? Hmmmm.

This place says Ruby’s Yogurt & Smoothies but there’s not even smoothies here. What is this nonsense?! Hmm. First off, the frozen yogurt just tastes like ice & powder mixed together. Secondly, the machines are really hard to use and when the yogurt comes out there’s too much in the cup. But two stars for customer service and for it being clean. Workers are super nice.

With yogurt shops on every corner you would think Ruby’s would offer better customer service.

I’ve been here before and forgot why I prefer other shops over this one. I will give them the fact that’s its never busy and that they have mochi. My friend got 3 flavors and myself 1. All 4 varieties were on the icy side. There was also a lack a flavor and abundance of sweetness. To top it off, the attendant found it necessary to watch us the entire time. I assure you it wasn’t in the helpful way either. Every time we would look back the gentleman would shoot back as if he wasn’t staring. Disappointment to say the least.

Great location, always clean & great customer service. Always delicious, and a good place to hang out if you don’t want a crowd. Its a bit small, but they have a cute outdoor patio area. Bonus, if you buy 10 with your stamp card, you get the 11th free! Not as many flavors or toppings as Nubi or Tutti Frutti, but thats OK! Plus, its cheaper than Nubi :)

It’s a’ight. The coconut yogurt tasted like a Hawaiian air freshener. The raspberry pomegranate sorbet was refreshing and tasty. The mint tasted like sweet toothpaste. The cookies and cream was pretty standard. They have all the regular toppings, like mochi, fruit, assorted chocolates, various nuts. I bought 2 yogurts for the price of $ 8, which seemed quite a bit steep(and I’m pretty sure my friend and I didn’t go crazy with the yogurt servings). I’m not sure I would return, when Nubi and Tutti Fruiti are other options to choose from.

Thank you for satisfying my chocolate craving! I had the non-fat chocolate yogurt with crushed Andes mints and chocolate chips. It was heavenly. It was my cheat day and so I decided not to be too naughty and came here. Clean store, good service and yummy yogurt.

Always clean and I like the outdoor dining. Don’t eat that much frozen yogurt but I like it here. It would be nice if they had music playing outside for a better atmosphere since it is in the middle of a parking lot. Stop in while your car is at the carwash next door.

With all this froyo craze, I needed to find a spot that I can call my own without having to compete with other people for flavors. Ruby’s is it for me, I’m pretty much satisfied with my oreo crumbs and dark choc chips. It’s one exit away from me, and it’s a quiet scene so I can’t complain.

The frozen yogurt here is okay. The plain tart was not all that great since it didn’t really taste all that tart and tasted kind of powdery instead. However, the pomegranate raspberry flavor was actually better than I expected. Their selection of toppings is typical of what is usually found at a frozen yogurt shop. This place is acceptable but at $ 0.38 an ounce, it’s a tad more expensive than what I’m used to paying.

i love how close this is to my house. i love how tiny and cute it is inside yet it has all the goodness you need with all their varieties ohh and how awesome it is that its right next to my fav sushi restaurant matsuyama’s!.. i’ve had this three days straight already and i can’t get enough of it… soo yummy… the friendly staff ppl are great, and stayed opened for me when i came like 1 or 2 mins before closing… without a hint of attitude. well i am preggo with a big o belly maybe that had something to do with it lol. but definitely hits the spot. my bf doesnt crave for ANYTHING. but he tried this in the bay last week and since then he was hooked.

In my ever exhausting quest for the perfect– Pinkberry-esque frozen yogurt(in the central valley that is). I have once again been sadly disappointed. Ruby Yogurt does a good job of looking the part: Chic finishes, sparkly new yogurt machines, large(clean) assortment of toppings fruit and dried treats, even a few smoothie machines for pour-it-yourself premade smoothies(think Icee).(did i mention there is a LARGE flat screen TV in there?) But the quality is what I’m after. And when you advertise your«tart» as «traditional tart» I expect, just that. Tart. Instead it was a creamy, milky pseudo vanilla yogurt which hardly impressed. But again, I’m hard to please when it comes to me and my tart. I’ll throw a few stars at this place for a few reasons. 1. clean! 2. super friendly 3. large assortment of both yogurt flavors and toppings minus a star– your tart is not tart people! and minus a star– your LARGE dispenser nozzles are a hot mess when hoping to squeeze a tiny nib into a sample cup. I will probably be back for a more traditional cup of fro yo. but looks like the quest shall continue! (PS. this is a make it yourself and they weigh it kinda place– .38 cents an ounce)
