Super Bowl 50!!! You would think this place would be on their A game on the BIGGEST pizza day of the year but they are by far the WORST Pizza joint I’ve ever been to. The pizza was gross in appearance and in taste! Flat chewy crust! Sweet and just plain weird sauce! Old sausage and the skimpiest amount of veggies I’ve ever seen on a «Supreme» pizza! Called ahead my order and I felt like I was talking to Beavis or Butthead not sure which it was! Slow talking very distracted and apparently HIGH on some type of drug! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PIZZA HUT!!! Makes me question if I’ll ever go to ANY Pizza Hut After this! Sucky Pizza! Sucky Customer Service! Uuuugh!!!

Terrible service. Ordered delivery for my workplace, just your standard 2 2-​topping large pizza with 2 2-​liters, we also requested a couple cups and plates. Was told that the estimate arrival would be within 30 minutes. 30 minutes pass, pizza not here, totally understandable, typical pizza delivery usually takes 45 – 1 hr. 2 hours hit and the pizzas finally arrived carried by a young guy with no sense of urgency or customer service. Along with that the delivery guy says that they don’t have cups, when he clearly forgot them, even though the receipt stated the order requested both cups and plates. Don’t go/​order from this location.

This is why we never order from this place, they always mess up our order and always late. 30min past the schedule delivery time and everything was cold! I hate this place. Last time I was here 3mos ago they couldn’t even find our pick up order, because it was already delivered! You get what you pay for I guess.

I dont never wanna go to this pizza hut ever again got that ugly ass mexican bitch her ass give me a bad attitude i order my pizza over the phone and guy pick it up and i told what i want on my pizza after im done ordering my pizza over the phone he told me my pizza will be done in about 20 minutes so i drove and sit their in my car and watching a movie on my ps vita and wait for 20 minutes so iwhen i went inside to get my pizza that 1 ugly ass mexican bitch told me that my isn’t done till about 30 minutes im like WTF she even given me a bad attitude when she say that to me so i waited for another 30 minutes once the 30 minutes is up i went inside to get my pizza they fuckin burnt my pizza and they got my pizza all wrong they give me a ham pizza instead of pepperoni i went back inside and i told their candy asses i did not order a ham pizza that ugly ass mexican bitch say i order a ham pizza and i told her ugly ass that i want my back and she say we cant give u your money back so i got really mad and i spit a good nasty ass loogy in her ugly ass face and i told her that’s what u get for not given me my money back.

Never again!!! 35 min for an order of cheese sticks!!! A bunch of junior high kids can run that place better an efficient!

I have nothing bad to say about the service because they were nice as far as I know but the food is a whole different story. Bad. Just plain bad. I haven’t been to pizzahut since I was a kid but I thought it tasted a lot better than this. I ordered traditional wings and they gave me boneless, no big deal but as soon as o had that wing in my mouth I knew something was wrong. I ordered Buffalo medium wings not honey glazed, sour makeshift wings. Pizza was lackluster, not disgustingly terrible not good either. It’s food, we were hungry, who cares. Now I know why my fam only gets either Costco or Eddie’s. Oh well.
P. S. I got food poisoning. Maybe Pizza Hut’s just not meant for me.

I ordered online and it said it will be ready in and 1 and 15 min. 1 hour and 30 min passed and still no sign of the delivery guy. Called the first time and was hung up on. Called a second time and was put on hold for 10 min. Called a third time and asked where my order was. This lady, tina, said that they were running a bit behind because they ran out of cheese. Your a pizza establishment how do you run out of cheese! So then i asked how much longer for my order. She just says it will be a little bit. Ok half hour, an hour, how much longer. She states that they just put my order that I ordered almost 2 hours ago now in the oven! Seriously! I’ve been there 1 time before like maybe 1 year ago. Called my order in For pick up. As soon as i walked in the lady at the counter asked me to move to the side so her buddy that just walked can get hooked up and then was told my order wasn’t ready yet and ended up waiting an hour. Screw this place. They need to hire new people because obviously the people that work there now have no idea what they are doing and they are just rude! I would give this place no stars if possible. And i hope the owner or gm reads these so they can input some change in this establishment!

I wanted to order pizza… but because theres so many bad reviews, I’ll take my money some where else. Haha. Who ever the manager is, better do something about the poor service or else you will continue to lose customers and soon will get shut down and you won’t have a job.
Update an hour later: my nephew really wanted stuff crust pizza so I decided to give this a place a chance. Got there and there were 5 people ahead of me (picking up orders). They messed up on 4 of those orders. They told one lady her pizza came out all messed up and she have to wait. She decided to just take the messed up pizza because she waited a while already. The other guy been waiting for 2 HOURS. Another lady ordered online and her order was messed up. They messed up my order as well. Didn’t tell me they ran out of pan pizzas until I got there 20 minute after my order was placed. I waited a total of an hour in the store after waiting 20 minute at home. The pizza was terrible. The worst I’ve ever had from pizza hut. I don’t think it was fully cook. I can taste the flour. My niece threw up after eating a slice. Rating 1 star is not what I wanted to rate… I wanted to rate –0. Yes negative zero. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt so my nephew can enjoy hi pizza. Terrible. I won’t be ordering from the again. I love pizza Hut but this is by far the worst experience ever!

Another heart breaking experince once again from this establisment after waiting for 2 hours i decided to give them a call to ask where is my order and the lady said that we have to wait additional 2 hours and half for it to be deliver i have kids who are so hungry i will never gonna order in this stor ever again this will be my last time with them

This place has horrible customer service. I went in to place an order and was standing in there for over 5 minutes with no service. Not a single one of the workers greeted me or came to take my order. Since they obviously don’t need my business I’ll just go to round table.

Ordered thru the app bc they have the $ 7.99 large 2 topping carry out special. I arrived at the place to pick it up and it was ready when I got there. Cool. The downside? The shi**y employee who looked high and was mumbling almost every word so I couldn’t hear what he was saying. Also I handed him my card, he gives it back by leaving it on the counter; not the biggest deal. He gives me one receipt to sign then second receipt just tosses it on my pizza box. Thanks a**hole I really look forward to coming back here for your amazing service. Not sure if the other employees are like this but if so, management has a real problem. I’ll be deleting their app and sticking to Domino’s as my go-​to corporate pizza place for better service and pizza.

Don’t place an order online at Pizza Hut. I did my ordered online last night at 8:34 pm and they called me back to confirm my ordered to me and that my ordered will be ready at 10:05 pm. After 1 hours and 30 minutes I call them about my ordered, they told me the pizza just got put in the oven and that I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes more. They told me that when you ordered online the waiting time is about 2 hours. The online service didn’t show any where that you will have to wait that long. So poor of service and they didn’t really try to accommodate my waiting and their excuse was that they were busy and your ordered are not important for them online. Basically they are telling you don’t order online if you want your pizzas fast…

To be honest, I never really freak over food but this was just not acceptable.
I placed an order of two piazzas around 7:50 PM. The delivery was in an hour and half which seems reasonable. After that I called they said in a little bit. Ok fine, I call back at 10:00 asking what’s happening and says it won’t be delivered for another 45 mins so that’s like almost 11:00. That’s 4 hours. for not even half a mile from the location where I live.
I asked for pickup because I didn’t wanna wait, they said the pizza was already out for delivery but it’s going to take 45 mins for them to actually come.
That’s not acceptable. Won’t be ordering again.

Awful. Negligent management, employees are rude and have an attitude. Took two hours for my pizza to arrive, when I was told one hour, was put on hold for half an hour when I called to complain.

I placed an order online last night and received a call from a Lady saying they didn’t have pan crust. So I asked for the inconvenience if they could replace it with Stuffed crust. She covered the phone and asked a man in the background and he said very sarcastically uuuhhh nooo what the F***. and the lady started laughing and then uncovered the phone and said no we can’t. It was very rude and inappropriate for them to act that way. It was a simple request, Happily I canceled my order and bought DOMINOS on March lane, Actually got more bang for my buck anyway. Shame on the owner for allowing people like that to run his business, They are a direct reflection of you, and what I dealt with last night was trash…

Over an hour for delivery, cold pizza, missing toppings, two times in a row. Worst pizza place I have ever encountered. If you call they act like it’s their first day on the job. They act like they’re the only pizza place in town. Fire the management, retrain the staff.

Worst service ever, I placed an order and was promised to be delivered with in 30 minutes, 1 hr goes by and no pizza, I call again and they place me on a 17 minute hold, when they finally took me off hold, they tell me its going to be 45 minutes to 1 hr until my pizza gets delivered and hung up. I called back AGAIN, and they tell me to hold, after I said no, all I want to know yes if I can pick up my pizza myself, he didn’t say’s sorry you have to hold, and then placed me on another 10 minute hold, when they finally took me off hold again I asked for my money to be refunded and they said they cannot do that and said that my pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes again. I’ve been off work and I’m still sitting here waiting for my pizza. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced at at Pizza Hut, I would never ever recommend this place to anybody. Horrible customer service

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered delivery and the total was about $ 14. They delivered it and left. The next day I checked my account and I was charged $ 17!!! Someone added an extra $ 3 WITHOUT my knowledge! I tried contacting someone and never got a call back after 2 tries. NEVER ordering from them again.

Do not order any pizza here. I ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks it took them an hour and a half to make it and they ran out of pan crust medium pans lol didn’t even call to tell me. Wow.

Wow this place has horrible horrible customer service and a sloppy product. Hands down the poorest excuse for a pizza hut restaurant! Go ANYWHERE but here, seriously!!!
