I used to shop here a lot. I agree with the other customer about the sales people being annoying. There is one lady in particular that is SUPER loud and I feel like shes trying way too hard because she just seems awkward…
I hate that. Can I just look please?
I also feel like they don’t take care of the store like they used to. It feels messier now… maybe its under new management? I don’t see a lot of the people that used to help me when I would go in…
I’ll just go to the Lodi store instead from now on.

Had a great shopping experience at Pier 1 in Stockton. My wife and I had a gift certificate to spend and with all the great merchandise selections and sales we scored. While all sales associates were terrific, Sasha was truly a 10 plus. Very courteous, warm and professional. Recommend this store.

Give Pier 1 another try if you haven’t been in lately. A noticeable, much improved difference in the store’s layout. Everything looked updated and «fancy». Sales people were welcoming, friendly and helpful! I appreciated their suggestions and knowledge of what was available/​where to find items. Now is a great time to get a number of holiday items and gifts at a discount. Don’t miss out!

I really do love coming to this store but one of the workers there is so annoying! She made me not ever want to come there again. She was extremely loud and very in your face and extremely annoying. I like it to be quiet and time to think to myself when im shopping not to be harassed by the workers! So annoying!

I love Pier 1. And I love this Pier 1! I found a lot of nice after-​Christmas deals, and I also ended up buying a very cool-​looking chess set.
The store manager (I didn’t get his name) was also very nice and cheerful! Fran was awesome and helped me carry the chess set to my car, since I was carrying two bags of Christmas sale items!
I need to visit Pier 1 more often — they have lots of items that would make nice gifts (holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).

Pier 1. I’ve bought a lot of furniture here. An armoire, two tables, 2 rattan chairs and 3 kitchen bar stools. I’ve been happy with just about everything. I love the clearance bins after a holiday has passed and it’s a win-​win place for a gift. You win on the price, value and nice bag to gift in and and said recipient wins cuz she got something from Pier 1. I’ve also purchased candles, dinnerware, area rugs, to name a few. I like this store and if I’m in the market for some eclectic furniture, dinnerware or just a cool gift, I will always, browse their website or cruise the store to see if they can fill the need.

Pier 1 has a great selection of candles and potpourri but I can never seem to get out of this store without spending at least $ 50. I always end up buying pillows, dishes or other assorted crap that I really don’t need. The staff is friendly but they always ask if I want to open a credit account… hell no! The last thing I need is another credit card :-p
