When the CSR can’t answer your question – hang up on them! I waited on hold for almost 15 min for a rep. When I questioned my bill, she said it was my Annual True Up. I did not see that anywhere on the 6 pgs of the stmt. I asked Mellissa in Sacto to tell me where it was, she hung up on me. Guess monopolies don’t have to concern themselves w/good customer relationships or find the need to explain their bills. However, while on hold PGE tried to direct me to bill pay half dozen times. We don’t want to talk to you, we just want your money.
