Decided to come try this spot since I’ve been in the downtown area doing my «civic duty.» Walking toward the deli counter I noticed the place is nice and clean. As I approached the table where you fill out your order I was greeted by a gentleman who I assumed was the owner. The order form is similar to Podestos where you choose a bread, meat, cheese, etc. They also have hot foods such as tamales, hot dogs, and hot links. I decided to get a pastrami sandwich on Dutch crunch with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, provolone, and red pepper. My total with a Smart Water was just under $ 7 and that wasn’t bad considering the sandwich had a generous amount of meat compared to Subway. As for the sandwich itself I was more than pleased with it, and was quite filling. This is a solid lunch spot if you’re in the downtown area.

This is the best sandwich I have ever had. WOW that was amazing. I wish I had an extra stomach that I could just stuff full with their sandwich. I would trade ten years of my life for just one more bite. TENYEARS! I am not even joking. I LOVEDITTHATMUCH! GOGOGOGOGO! IT’s so darn good. mhmmmm…

Orlando’s is awesome! Gio has done an awesome job taking care of the store and being personally acquainted with all of his customers. They make the most amazing sandwiches and have snacks and drinks available for any mid-day snack attack. Totally love this place!

I tried Orlando’s since everyone at work was saying how good it was. I ordered the roast beef sandwich, it was just as getting one from Podesto’s. Great part is they deliver near by. Which was good since it was raining that day. Gio showed up to the office with my order with in 10 mins of me ordering it. Goo was very friendly and even refused a tip for bring it in the rain. I definitely will be ordering from here again.

The selection of breads, meat, and veggies to make sandwiches are good. The price is good, making this a really good deli for the downtown. My suggestion is to phone in your order if you’re in a hurry otherwise the wait could be a little long if you’re the impatient type.

This place is awesome. The deli is great. You can get a wide variety of sandwiches, tamales, and other snacks. The sandwiches are always delicious and filling. Well priced. The staff is great as well. It’s a high recommendation for me. If you’re downtown and need a spectacular sandwich or some snacks, Orlando’s is your place to go.

I’ve been here probably a couple dozen times, since I started working in the area I probably come here for a sandwich 3 times a week, on average. That being said, I quite enjoy their sandwiches; they’re well-made, they have good ingredients, and they aren’t very expensive. Also, they have a fairly broad selection of meats, breads, cheeses, and toppings for your selection. I do have to disagree with one of the above comments which spoke to the sandwich’s structural integrity, as my avocado often likes to try and slide out the side of my sandwich, but that’s generally the biggest complaint I could have about them.(That, and they frequently run out of Dutch Crunch bread, my favorite.) The proprietor(who works in-store frequently) and the staff tend to be friendly, personable, and easy-going. The store is small, and can get a bit crowded during the lunch rush, but that doesn’t stop me from coming here frequently for a good sandwich on my lunch break. I gave them 5 stars, but I have to concede they aren’t perfect. I’d have given them 4.5, but that isn’t an option, and 4 seemed too low for how much I felt they deserved commendation. TL;DR — On the whole, great place, good food, friendly service — 4.5 stars(rounded up to 5).

I was looking for something different and was pleased to find this deli. I received an awkward greeting when I walked in from a guy who turned out to be the owner, but I continued on to the deli counter. I was the only one in line and the worker pointed to a form for me to fill out for the sandwich? I said can I just have a Turkey sandwich… well I guess the form is mandatory so I filled it out. There were many options, but no sourdough bread? The sandwich was actually better than I expected, but I am also a business owner and felt that the atmosphere was a little dim; no smiles on workers, very matter of fact style. I mentioned the form to the owner and he got a little defensive. I never had to fill out a form at Subway! If you want a good sandwich this is a good place. Personally I appreciate good service and will not be a repeat customer; there are too many other options.

First time here, had a turkey sandwich. made with Genova roll they also have a large variety of bread choices. They also have a lot of meat choices The place is very clean. The sandwich was good, choose your condiments, toppings etc. while they make your sandwich pay the cashier. Not a long wait. I eat a lot of sandwiches during the work week. this may sound strange but the sandwich was well put together(made) everything stayed inside while you ate it.
