North Seawall Park

This isn’t a park in regards to kid friendly play structures or duck feeding.
No play structures, no ducks even. Actually not really any grass either.
What grass I did happen upon was kind of brown and brittle.
There is a really cool statue of what looked like the City of Stockton on the shoulders of happy citizens in various daily activities. Its rather nice.
On one end there is a small marina. Not sure how it worked because I didn’t walk over to the gate but I think you come up with your boat from the water side and walk up to park.
The Stockton Arena is located right there also. Which also boasts a small parking lot for both park and arena.
Its small, but it does have a lot of things going on if you just took a moment to look.
