Nor-Cal Battery

I have bought many batteries, over the years, from these people, and was always satisfied.
BUT, last week, the battery light came on in my truck. So, I drove over, and they checked the battery, and said it was bad, and replaced it.
Two days later, the battery light comes on again, and, again, I drive over, and am told it is now the alternator!!!
I took it somewhere else, to confirm, it was, indeed the alternator.
Replaced the alternator, and asked them for my old battery. When I went there, they were rude and unpleasant… AND, no one offered an apology for their error.
It is 4 days later and the old battery is still doing fine.
So, beware… make sure your battery has a full charge, before they test it, otherwise, testing results, might not be accurate.

Nice efficiently run, conveniently located, local business. I needed two new batteries in my truck when I stopped in. Without an appointment they had the batteries installed and me on my way in under a half-​hour. I also liked that they had a choice between name brand batteries and their own store brand batteries, which by the way were considerably less epensive.
I’ll definitely use them again.
