They are very unprofessional and we really hate their service. I would never recommend their service. They agreed to decorate the event at 9.30AM but they came to the place at 11AM just 20 minutes before the start of the event. They have spoiled my complete event day and I would never recommend their service. Avoid these guys if you can. One positive thing with these guys is that they do the decoration soo good but they are not reliable they won’t lift the calls on the day of the event and this is sooo dramatic. Please stay away from these decorators.

I was not very satisfied with this company. I used them for my daughter’s 1st birthday party on July 12th, 2014. The problem I had was not with the table linens I rented or the balloon arches I ordered, but with the service. In our emails they gave me a quote and we agreed to it. On Saturday(during my daughter’s baptism) I had 4 missed calls from them. Apparently, they were at the hall refusing to set up b/c the amount I put in the envelope was $ 20 short. Now, it was a mistake on my part and I did accidentally put $ 20 less in the envelope, but they told my brother in law they refused to even begin to set up until they were paid in full. When my brother in law explained that we were at church in the middle of the baptism they told him that they were leaving and would not wait for us, because we had shorted them money & they had«other things to do.» In the end my brother in law just put the $ 20 in for us, but it was the way it was handled that made me angry. All over $ 20. My brother in law said they were rude, unprofessional and had a major attitude. If I didn’t need the decorations for my daughter’s party I would have told my brother in law to have them leave. Oh and one last thing… although, the balloon arches were cute and had a horse on top(my daughter’s theme was carousel) they had told me that the horses on top were going to be white carousel horses and what I ended up with was brown rodeo looking horses. It still looked o.k. but it’s not what I wanted or agreed to. I will not be using this company again and suggest nobody else use them, either. Next time I will pay more and hopefully get better service.

Douchebags with a capital«d». Working out of a home, not getting weddings right and being unavailable to take calls makes for a one star experience.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! These people do not need to be conducting business at all. My parents and I met with Ricardo at his home that he works out of and it was in complete disarray. He couldn’t even find a sample of the linens I wanted to rent. He explained that they were in the process of moving and that was the reason everything was so unorganized so I let it go. We ended up ordering not only rentals for the wedding day, but also balloon center pieces for my bridal shower. On the day of the bridal shower they came and set up the center pieces with round mirrors and when it was over they requested that we just take the mirrors home with us and they would pick them up. I found that a bit strange, but went with it. I ended up calling off my wedding two weeks prior to the date and contacted Ricardo right away to let him know I wouldn’t be needing his services that day and to inquire about his refund policy. Given the short notice I wasn’t expecting a full refund, in fact I wasn’t sure if he would give me any type of refund, but when I spoke with him he was very sympathetic to my situation and agreed to return approximately $ 300 of what we had paid.(I believe our total was a little over $ 600). I thanked him and gave him the address to send it to. Here we are, over two months since I contacted him and after numerous phone calls and text messages he still has not given me any type of refund or explanation. He ignores my phone calls and texts and doesn’t even have the decency to just say he’s not going to pay me back. If he didn’t want to give a refund then he should have just said that from the beginning. Judging by the other review on here, and my own personal experience, these people are not professional business owners and need some lessons on how to treat their customers!

This Unilocal is not to bash, because my family I have went through this company before and it was just fine. However, July 6th2013 was one of the most important parties of my life, my wedding. I ordered and prepaid for some linen that I did not receive on my wedding day. I was not mad until at the end of the night they came 30 minutes late and then had attitude about 10 glasses being broken because my family was trying to help and put them away. We had to be out the venue by 12 or we would be charged and they did not care. They were very unprofessional that day and night. They charged me for things I did not authorize and then told me its not their place to say no to the person that’s telling them to add things. So I ended up paying a lot of money for things I was not satisfied with. When I told them I was not satisfied, they said that they went over and beyond and gave me exactly what I wanted. Horrible job that night and its something that can never be redone. Thank you for the lack of great customer service.
