Terrible, Terrible, terrible!!! This lady did a «4-hour cleaning» with herself and 3 other teenage girls that we in training. They only stayed an hour so that their 4 hours. The girls were jumping up and down hitting my blinds while randomly swinging the rag in the air. Then when I didn’t pay her because the house wasn’t clean, she cussed me out and said she will sue me. Sure enough the collections agency called but I refused to pay. Do not do business with her she is terrible and your house will still need cleaning

I have worked for this company twice and know that the owner francine bends the rules makes employees scrub toilets without protective gloves. Treats enployees very poorly would not recommended anyone working there. Also have seen her speak to unhappy custoners in a very poor manner and over booking to the point that employees get no brake and are still behind on schedule. At times i have been told to re use dirty rags and wipe serfices without cleaning agents to appear it is clean when supplies are low or out. Not a trustworthy company. Francine is not a well mannered woman
