I had been going to the same place to take cpr & first aid for the past 6 years when suddenly this person decides to up and leave the state. Procrastinating as usual I wait until the last minute to look in the phonebook at my options. I go to a few sites listed and Life First seemed to be the easiet to navigate through. I enrolled and paid for Pediatric First Aid &CPR via website. The class was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. 9 – 3 for my particular class with a 30 minute break at noon. Jack in the Box and Taco Bell are nearby as is Chevron and a Quik Stop. Katy, the owner, taught my class and she was polite and knowledeable. I’m going to recommend this place to all my co-workers.

5 Stars is not enough for Life First Training Center. You will not leave this facility disappointed. You learn the most up to date life saving skills at this approved American Heart Association training center. The Instructors are very knowledgeable & they take the time to make sure that you understand what you are doing and why. All equipment is clean & in great working condition. The prices are the lowest in the central valley & they offer a variety of different courses, dates & times that work with most people’s schedules. The location is perfect and easily accessible off of Interstate 5. If you are in need of CPR training(please learn it!), then this is the place to go. What are you waiting for anyway?

Easy, simple, fast, great. I will be coming back when I need to recertify. The staff is friendly and they do their best to teach you what you need to know and get you out and on with your life as quick as they can. PLUS they offer some of the cheapest rates for CPR licensing in the valley.
