This update has been a long time coming, just haven’t had the time to update, but here goes. My first review already complained of Dr. Lee’s lack of bedside manners. This review is to complain about her lack of training or skill. I have been to another optometrist a couple months ago, even though I still had contacts and my prescription was not invalid yet. The new optometrist informed me that my prescription was incorrect and weaker than what I actually needed(I slightly figured this out, hence why I went to the optometrist again). He also gave me a lot of advice for improving my eye health which Dr. Lee was unable to do. I really think Costco should re-think their screening process for optometrists to ensure that they are getting qualified professionals and not bottom of the class graduates.

I have been to Jenee twice. The last time was six months ago. I have not been able to order contact lenses because her prescription was un-readable. Compared to my prior prescription there were values missing, and her hand writing and abreviation make me un sure of what to order. I sent her an e-mail requesting clarification of the prescription, but there was never a reply. I went back to the office, made an appointment, then went back again for the appointment. I asked specifically that she re-write the prescription. She said, «oh would you like me to go online and order them»? I just left. Now it is six months without lenses, and I still do not have any prescription that I can use. I am angry.
