Barely edible Donuts. Always stale, and rude workers. Went to the drive thru the other night, placed our order and waited to pay. Our turn to pay, handed over my card, got my receipt, then she handed me the box and says: «We’re out of glazed so I put in some chocolate cakes instead» What? After I paid? GTFO

I went in to grab a dozen assorted donuts and a cup of donut holes. I love donut holes. The cups were behind the counter instead of on the counter so that you can choose which one you want. Now I know why that is. I hopped on the freeway and opened my cup of donut holes. But they weren’t donut holes… they were just cut up plain donuts to look like donut holes. I was sold a cup of repurposed plain donuts!

Tonight my husband and I went to get something to satisfy our sweet tooth… Well we were highly disappointed… NOORIGINALGLAZE… REALLY? And they also didn’t have any Apple Fritters… So I ordered a Caramel Mocha w/caramel drizzle on top. Well i got something with chocolate drizzle that was also drizzled on the outside of my cup. I went back and told the young lady and she asked me if i wanted a new drink or just have them take off the whip cream? They have me a new drink with NOWHIPCREAM, DRIZZLEONTHETOPOFMYMOCHA, AND A LILONTHEOUTSIDEOFMYCUPAGAIN!!! Who does that? Horrible customer service.

Late night cravings! Drive-thru is always a plus. I just love March Lane because there are so many restaurants to choose from. Krispy Kreme is across the street from Dave Wongs which is one of my go to Chinese restaurants in Stockton. The service is good however they always tend to run out of donuts that I like. I guess it’s best to come during the afternoon instead of at night. Better luck next time! Anyways I just ordered the chocolate iced with kreme filling, glazed sour cream and Oreo cookies and Kreme.

This place is great for the mornings. I can’t really see myself eating doughnuts for lunch or dinner, but a great sugary treat to start out the day. Staff is always nice and they have the food ready by the time you get to the window. I always order them through the drive-thru. I remember them closing this place a few years ago. They re-opened it back up and I missed it. I suggest pairing Krispy Kreme Doughnuts with a Starbucks Coffee.

Horrible customer service l! Feels like your at DMV and nobody cares that you’re there waiting! Would not go there if you’re in a hurry. There was several employees working but nobody helping the customers standing there. When we did get help he was so rude.

Krispy Kreme donuts are always good BUT the staff should know the policies… We pulled up a groupon offer«if you buy one dozen, you get one free». So when we pulled it up and showed it at the drive through to a young man(believe his name was«Brick», but couldn’t see his name tag clear enough), he said no that’s not us, someone else made that advertisement… Umm what? Haha. Still bought one dozen, since we love the donuts – but again, bummer communication from the employee.

Good place to get doughnuts at all hours, but the customer service was horrible!!! Very rude, I’d give them a one star if the doughnuts weren’t so good

Stopped by for what I believe is my 3rd or 4th visit this morning. Great service, and notably patient while I chose donuts for my ‘Dozen Assorted.’ Turned down the offer of coffee or other beverage as I was on my way home at the end of my day. Problem with the Unilocal listing says this location is open 5:30 a.m. until 10 p.m., but the gentleman at the drive-thru window greeted me with a big smile when I rolled through at the wee hour of 3 in the morning. Thank you guys!

WHATDIDWEEAT?! THOSEWERENOTKRISPYKREMEMELTINYOURMOUTHDONUTS! Woe is me. I am so saddened. My body, however, is happy that it won’t be consuming the rest of that dozen donuts. Because they ARENT the same anymore. :(worst donut I’ve ever had, hands down. Maybe it was a bad night? We drove through at 10pm and had many different varieties and they all tasted 3 days old and chewy. Won’t be coming back Thank you Stockton Krispy Kreme for making my desire for your donuts go away and saving my great bod!

What is there left to say about these sweet«hot off the belt» doughnuts that melt in your mouth? They are still a top ranking doughnut in my book But… Oh Krispy Kreme… why did you stop making the zesty lemon filled doughnuts and the bavarian cream filled doughnuts!!!

This review is graded on the curve against other KK locations. Although the donut was delish(as you would expect from a KK), the cleanliness needed some work. Bathrooms were tore up, and the whole floor of the dining room was sticky. That being said, we routinely drop into this location when driving through Stockton, even though we know exactly what to expect… because it’s still a KK!

Yummo! These are best when they’re hot. Love that they’re open 24 hrs. Love the glaze but old fashion is my favorite, they’re extremely sweet. They have a great variety of doughnuts. I fell in love with a key lime cheese cake doughnut, but its seasonal. So I’ll be stalking krispy kreme until they return, lol

Krispy Kreme doughnuts. On W March Ln in Stockton, California. #Yelp Challenge 83⁄100 #GetYoChubbyOn. That’s why I like this place. You can get yo chubby on. Physically and visually. Win win for all. :) #Doughnuts or #Donuts? That’s like trying to figure out how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. Tip: Very kid friendly Pro tip: they have a restroom NFL tip: Takes credit. MLB tip: You can get a free cap/hat NHL tip: They have a drive thru Best of the best tip: You can watch how the donuts are being made. I came in here with my youngest daughter to grab some doughnuts for her and my son. We noticed how clean the place was and she quickly grabbed a Krispy Kreme cap. They have them placed all around inside of their joint. We ended up picking out three doughnuts and took the promo/hustle .99 cents for a cup of donut holes. We ended up sitting down and we were lucky because everyone was getting the donuts to go. So we ended up sitting and I watched her eat her donut. So we packed up the rest to bring home. As we were leaving we walked over to their working area behind a giant glass. We watched them how they make the donuts. It was pretty cool to see how it was done. The staff is pretty friendly they waved hi to my daughter. So yeah we had a fun time this evening at Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Sincerely VD. #keepingitReal

I’m a huge donut/doughnut and coffee fan. I tried one of these chains once before in Modesto back in the day and remember trying the glazed which seemed like heaven. I always describe it as a doughnut that melts in your mouth like cotton candy. My bf got an ice caramel drink and I thought maybe it was too strong for him, so I tried it thinking I’d be the one enjoying it, but we both ended up being dissatisfied, Especially $ 4’s later for a lg that seemed to be equivalent to a small at starbucks for the same price, but at least it would have been worth it. I was also dissatisfied because we saw two huge signs on the windows promoting doughnut holes for $.99 with any purchase… you can;t beat that. The only ones pictured were the glazed ones, so that”s was I thought we were getting. By the time I looked in the bag, I realized they were blueberry. I went inside to see if there was a mix up but left without asking since there was a huge line. I a not sure if you normally get too choose and they were out of others, but I would think they would have asked, or informed us. I honestly think other places make better variety donuts(EVEN A PLACELIKESAFEWAY). But their glazed ones I don’t think can be beat. If you haven’t been to a place like this before, it is almost like walking into a factory since you get to see how the doughnuts get made. The atmosphere also reminds me a lot like In-n-out, white and squeaky clean. If you are looking for a way to fundraiser money, I honestly think this place has a lot of potential in making good. I definitely would by a promotion. They are well worth it. Especially knowing that about half the proceeds go to the organization.

Happened to spot this Krispy Kreme location from In-N-Out burger across the street so had to make a stop. Standard Krispy Kreme setup with conveyor and ordering station. Got 6 assorted donuts($ 1.09 each). Tried the glazed chocolate iced donut which was way too sweet even for my taste. The glazed one was just about right. All donuts were fresh and cooked perfectly. If you’re passing through Stockton stop by for some great donuts!

The place was really clean, the donut was good and fresh enough, and the customer service was amazing. Jose went way out of his way to fill all of our requests even though I think we were a bit pesky, and he seemed to be taking care of both the drive-through and the inside counter. I’m really not a huge donut person, but it I was in the area and craving one, I’d want to come back to this location. Krispy Kreme is like the fast food of donuts. They’re nowhere near as good as the gourmet donut shops in Sac, but they have their own addictive greasy flavor that keeps me coming back about once or twice a year.

This is the closest Krispy Kreme from Fresno. While driving towards the North Coast, we passed through Stockton and stopped by this store. They had their Hot Now light on. Fresh original glazed donuts were sliding through the fountain of glaze and being packed fresh into your box as you order them. These one are worth the drive. They basically melt in your mouth as your eat them. I also am a new fan of their cream filled donuts. I’m talking about the ones that have the cake-frosting like filling. It’s a treat for sweet tooth lovers. Again, worth the 2 hour drive(one way) if needed to get my Krispy Kreme grub on.
