Not happy with the level of customer service here

The only time I shop there is if I’m lazy and late at nite that I don’t want to go Target or Wal-​Mart. No greeting or smile from management.

So many staff but so little customer service! I wish they had a price checker so I wouldn’t have to wait 45+ mins in line to check an item price! I appreciate the sales and low prices but horrible wait lines.

I used to come to this Kmart all the time as a kid, but it has changed the place looks so ghetto, dirty, and disorganized. I remember as a kid this place used to be very nice I always looked forward to coming here. Also their prices are higher than Target, and Walmart. I would never come to this place again. My main store now is Target, and sometimes Walmart.

The only reason I give this place two stars is because it’s convenient for me when I don’t feel like driving to Manteca. Well, that and because they give me $ 10 free on my rewards card so frequently lately.
This place is so ghetto! Everything is, from most of the employees down to the actual store. The aisles are FILTHY and cluttered, and at any given time there are usually only two check stands open. regardless if it’s swamped inside or not. They are also really slow, even at the customer service desk. If that’s what you even want to call it. Most of the time the employees look incredibly miserable, but I’ll give them a little credit, I hate my job too if it was over 100 degrees outside and the store won’t turn the air conditioner on. It is always hot inside of there. I also wouldn’t recommend going here after dusk, the parking lot is dark and there are some creepers that hang around.
Oh and lets not forget the prices. they’re incredibly high! Especially for the cheap junk they sell. Even THEIR brand of items are off the hook price wise. I’m sure most of it’s due to the crappy location and the high class clientele feeling the need to constantly steal from the establishment.
Bottom line is I’d never recommend this place to anyone and I’m kinda looking forward to Wal-​Greens opening up across the street. If you’re looking for a nice KMart, visit the one in Manteca.

THIS PLACE IS SOOOO OVERPRICED!!! Only come here on lazy days or for small items.

I was here to buy Halloween candy for my son’s school the other day because I didn’t feel like driving to Target.
Big mistake.
Why is Kmart so expensive now yet so ghetto??? Unbelievable. Dirty aisles and no employees to be seen.
They only get two stars because the security guard at the entrance is very very nice.
