They have great coffee, sandwiches and smoothies. The sandwiches are a bit over prized as I can get a bigger one with no extra charge for avocado at Safeway. But hey, it is close to my office and perfect for a break. What I am not ok with is the service. Staff often yells at each other and this morning I walked in there and it felt like a high school scene. The one girl that works there charged me twice for extra avocado. When I asked her why — she responded with an attitude: well you wanted extra! Yes, but why charge me twice for it? The manager lady then said it was just a misunderstanding and refunded me. I just really have a problem with paying for something that comes with an attitude! I was trying to support a small business downtown, but if I have to put up with young girls tendrums I will start going back to Starbucks.

Nice cosy place for a coffee or a quick sandwich. My favorite is the veggie on wheat. The ladies are friendly and welcoming. If you’re wondering what’s happening downtown, this is the place to visit, right across from the new Court House.

Forgot how good this place was. Chose the special which was lemon pepper chicken with potato salad. I was reminded what a ‘fusion’ of taste is all about. Staff even remembered return customers’ favorites. New lunch spot… again.

Pretty Yummy. a little expensive for lunch. The bun chicken sandwich with peanut sauce is pretty flavorful. The boba Thai Iced tea could use a little more flavor.

I was very disappointed when I ordered my boba drink. I received large ice chunks in my Thai tea drink and the boba was floating all over the place in my drink. I was extremely disappointed that I paid $ 4.00 on a drink that I ended up throwing away because it didn’t taste good at all.

This place is awesome. The lady boss is super welcoming and will accommodate to your needs. I highly recommend the green apple green tea! It’s the absolute best! Definitely will be back!

This place is located a few blocks away from the Stockton Court house, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to find. WRONG! Fusion Boba Café is SURROUNDED by construction and on the day that I went several lanes were closed and I was forced to take one-way streets. After looping around I finally managed to find the hidden café and even find myself a spot at a parking meter just outside of the shop(this was around 10am). Note: Parking meters are for 1 hour, so you might be lucky and find a meter with time still left. When I first walked in I noticed the spacious and cleanliness of the café, but what surprised me even more were the two huge digital TV’s that displayed the endless menu of drinks and food. I was greeted politely by an Asian lady(probably the owner?) and as I told her that it was my first time at this café she kindly told me about their menu and etc. As I ordered a Small Thai iced tea with boba she asked for my preference to which I was surprised because I always thought that Thai tea was made only by one method; but, I decided to give this a try and asked for soy milk along with an order of chicken fusion bun with peanut sauce. Note: The chicken fusion bun comes along with a bag of chips or a fruit salad. My drink only took about a minute while the fusion bun took 10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes, but it was worth the wait since I didn’t want to deal with traffic in Stockton anyways. Also, my Thai iced tea was sweeter than Lollicup’s BECAUSE I had ordered it with soy milk, so next time I’ll probably go with non-fat milk to lessen the sweetness. The fusion bun was delicious, but, as always, nothing compared to Oakland’s Chinatown. Overall, my experience was… indifferent. I do like how this shop fused their menu because it is surrounded by businesses with folks who prefer lightweight breakfasts, lunches, and coffees; but I wouldn’t recommend this place for people who prefer only boba and tea. I’ll probably only stop by whenever I have court duty; other than that I would not make any frequent visits due to the area surrounded by construction. Also, the area does get extremely busy during the afternoon, so unless you’re walking or biking I would not recommend visiting at this hour. Did I forget to mention that the area is located in Downtown Stockton?

I work in the area and was craving boba and I was surprised at the variety of stuff they have! They have a bunch of smoothies that they can make with regular milk, soy, or almond milk, and since I don’t like regular milk i was stoked when I saw they had a matcha smoothie !!! I got it with boba and it was so good, next time i want to try the non-dairy snowflake thing: D the workers were nice too!

Came to Stockton with my boyfriend to handle some business and when we were done we crossed this place. Felt a little thirsty so we came in. First impression: — Clean — Spacious — Nice service I ordered a Taro snow but the server thought I meant taro snow as in shaved ice but I was talking about the boba snow. I then proceed to tell them that I wanted basically a taro smoothie and they asked me what based I wanted. Um? Taro snow doesn’t have bases? She said that they make it with a base to make it more creamy which is what I didn’t want but I just went along with it, not to make a scene. The orders were really fast so that’s good but when I took my first sip it wasn’t as good as it looks. The boba has a nice chewy texture but has no flavor at all and the Taro tasted water down probably because there was milk in it. The strong taro flavor that I’m so use to getting at Lollicup wasn’t found here so that was sad. Also a bit expensive! I order two small and the total was 8. Sadly I’ll probably won’t be coming back for the drinks but I applause the customer service.

First time with the little ones after getting their schedules from school! First impression very nice outside seating and the logo is very cute. Inside it has a lot of seating for the space and the décor is nice with lots of coffee containers as part of a focal wall. One of the employees’ kid or nephew was there on his ipad. The owner(I think) was very nice and personable towards the customers. Pretty steady amount of people in the morning, we went at around 8 am. We got milk teas and it was pretty good. They use green tea instead of black like I’m used to but the boba was really soft and chewy. Overall, really good for the price; All boba drinks under $ 4, fruit green teas under $ 3. :)

The first time I came here, I noticed how everything was so clean. I came with two of my friends and one of their sibling. I heard that they had shaved snow, which is the first place that I have heard about in Stockton, so i had to check it out. A friend and I decided to split a large, and the owner had overheard and graciously asked if we would like for her to split it into two small size cup before handing it to us. That is when I knew that the costumer service here was amazing. We didn’t have to try to split it ourselves but the owner was willing to split everything for us, even the toppings! Although, yes, it was a bit disappointing that they did not have condense milk, but the white chocolate syrup with mango snowflake was delicious nonetheless. I didn’t get to try the drinks or food when I went so i had to go there again. About half a year later, I went there again.(half a year because well I wasn’t living in stockton, and only visited over the weekend). This time I came with my brother and his girlfriend. I ordered the green apple green tea with the recommendation of the worker there. My brother ordered the avocado crab salad. I loved my drink because it was definitely not too sweet nor was too syrup-y. I learned that this place does not use artificial fruit syrups which is amazing. The avocado crab salad was delicious! it was light and not so heavy. I would definitely come again! the great costumer service is a plus! TL;DR? This place is amazing and has great costumer service! You should definitely try it out!

Finally! A place in Stockton with shave ice cream like the bay area. Grace is extremely accommodating to ALL customers, even the one who were not happy with their drinks, she would make another one WITH upgrade in size! Not everything is perfect anywhere, but when you have an accommodating owner, who is always there, and willing to satisfy her customers, the customers are blessed! If one didn’t like the products, and SO particular in certain things, then that person simply does not like the products. I was behind a person who asked for Jelly drink, that person was rude first of all, and complaint, so the cute helper apologized and Grace made that person a larger and more Jelly version of that drink. This person was EXTREMELYRUDE! I have never seen any customer so obnoxious! Anyway, I though it is fair to give that perfect example of a VERY difficult customer and Grace and her crew handled it really well. She is genuine and the good part is the drinks are AMAZING! They used FOODEXTRACT for fruit flavors and not the unhealthy stuff. This place blows my mind every time I visit because the special is made fresh everyday by the owner, who by the way, is an amazing bake and cook! Pastries are made by her, and different each week. More surprises for me! P. S. I am hooked on the peanut sauce chicken fusion bun, with all condiments, please!

They weren’t kidding when they put«FUSION» into the name. It is definitely a cross-hybrid of a boba joint and a café! While you can come here to fulfill your boba and snow ice cravings, they have a much wider selection of food items than your typical boba place, such as sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, and even their own specialty buns! The diverse menu is a plus, allowing it to appeal to a larger target population. However, this may translate to a decent amount of traffic during lunchtime by people who work nearby. On the other hand, it seems to be a little on the unknown side for those who don’t frequent/work downtown, and with reason — it’s HIDDEN! I literally would’ve never driven down that street otherwise. As with most things downtown, there also is not a designated parking lot, so be prepared to sacrifice some change for a meter instead. Drink-wise: I ordered their strawberry green tea. The best part was that THEYDON’T CHARGEEXTRAFORBOBA! A small was $ 2.65 and comparable in size to Lollicup, but unlike Lollicup, the strawberry flavor wasn’t very strong, and the drink wasn’t super sweet(just my preference, some people may like it that way!). The boba kind of clumped together as well. Food-wise: I ordered their buns with chicken and special peanut sauce. I might’ve liked their appearance(they were reminiscent of Chairman Bao in SF) a bit more than the actual taste. For $ 5.75 you can get 3 chicken fusion steam buns, which are essentially bun sandwiches/tacos — they’re not especially large, though, and I wished there had been more meat filling for the price. The peanut sauce was good, but the buns themselves were not particularly warm either. Staff seemed nice, but I later noticed on the website’s menu that an order of buns was supposed to come with a bag of chips, which I was never offered??? Not sure if I was supposed to know to grab it myself or what, but there should be some direction for newbies to the café, if that was the case. They also have 2 separate stamp cards — one for coffee/boba drinks, and one for buns/sandwiches/salads, both of which are buy 8, get the 9th free… so try not to lose whichever is more important to you, hehe. This seems to be the only place in Stockton that serves snow ice, so I’d probably come back again, despite the inconvenient location. However, it wouldn’t be my first choice for a quick boba run.

It’ll come out to about ten dollars a piece, but the food is always delicious and served on a real plate. I always feel like I’m treating myself to a fancy lunch when I come by; and I highly suggest trying out the weekly specials, they’re always amazing! I’ve gotten my corn-fed country boy friend to like going out for tea and, his favorite, pulled pork sandwiches on milk bread. a must try for anyone visiting or working in the downtown area: D

Well priced, friendly clean establishment… Free wifi and, and, and, wait for it… Boba tea! I am a huge fan and now that I know there is a place near work to get my favorite drink I will be back. The person who made my tea did a great job. I will wait to revise star review until I try the food but 4 stars for clean, friendly and variety of teas

I really like this place, it’s clean and the staff seem nice and funny I came with my friend… she got the chicken buns and the snow dessert thinggy… forgot the actual name but it looked good… the buns were good soft and the peanut sauce wasnt too overpowering so I liked that… my friend said there shouldve been more daikon though I originally wanted the pulled pork buns but they were out so I got a veggie sandwich and a lychee green tea… which I was afraid of trying because I dislike green tea however this was a good drink refreshing:-) I liked the pesto on my sandwich and OHMYGODTHEDUTCHCRUNCHBREAD haha I love that bread:-) so points for that and the ciabatta bread… My total was about $ 11 which is kind of much but since it is downtown I guess it wasn’t that bad… I would like to try other items off the menu soon! P.S I forgot to get my bag of chips with my sandwich(though the cashier said that the chips came with my sandwich haha) so DON’T FORGETYOURCHIPSIFYOUGET A SANDWICH :-D

This place is awesome! The food is pretty good. The snow is a bit small, but it tastes fine. I recommend not ordering the boba pearls in your drink though… it’s a bit hard. Good service.
