Fresh Cleaners At Morada

The only cleaners i come to in stockton. They always do a great job on my clothes and are always friendly when i go in. Thanks fresh cleaners.

I don’t know why Jessica’s panties are all bunched up, but these people are my favorite dry cleaners. Of course, someone who takes items to a dry cleaner and then complains about them being dry cleaned, may be suffering from some sort of cranial impairment.

I originally tried this place because it is close to my house. I’ve never had anything dry cleaned before and when I spoke with the nice girl on the phone she suggested the items I had should be LAUNDERED not dry cleaned. So I took the items in and dropped them off. When I went to pick them up today one of my boyfriends very expensive HUGO BOSS shirts is RUINED it has a big STAIN on the front of it that was not there before I dropped it off and I know that FOR A FACT. I called right after I got home and the girl said she would need to speak with the manager when they got in around 2:30. I really didn’t think it was going to be an issue for them to AT LEAST attempt to get the stain out so I told her that was not a problem. When she called me back she told me that management said that they are not liable for the stain. She said they don’t check for stains when laundering items but that there is no way that the stain happened while they had it. I explained to her I looked over EACH shirt before bringing it because I have heard of things like this happening and was worried about it. She told me she is sorry she just works there, I heard the manager talking to her in the background more and she further insisted it was not their fault and that if I wanted to bring it in and PAY THEM MORE money they could attempt to get the stain out. I explained to her that it would cost them next to nothing to attempt to get the stain out and they are losing a customer over $ 4. She apologized and said I could come in and speak with management (who was standing RIGHT THERE but refused to get on the phone) but that they were going to tell me the same thing. When I asked if they have someone above that manager I can speak with she told me to check the website and excused herself from the call. I checked the website and can only find numbers for other stores. Called one of the other stores and THAT employee told me I could call and speak with HIS manager on Monday but that he would probably be unable to give me any info on who could help me either.
