Great food! I often come here on my lunch breaks at work since it’s close by. Last time I visited, I got the Ddeukbokki(number 9) and the the only thing I can say was that it was great! The couple working are both very nice and even warned me that mine was prepared a bit spicier than usual. The only con the the place is that there is a bit of a wait sometimes, but that is remedied by the fact that they’re making your food completely fresh after you place your order!

This is good Korean food with a few twists. I like Korean Kimbap. It was one of my favorite snack foods when I was in Korea and also here. Their Kimbap is better than most Korean kimbaps because they use bulgogi and not Bologna mystery meat. The proprietors are nice and friendly. I like to support local family owned businesses. This is my go to snack place. I want to try the Korean soft tacos and chap chae on my next visit.

This is definitely a fast and easy spot to satisfy your Korean BBQ cravings. I called beforehand to pinpoint exactly where their food truck was located and a kind lady promptly responded. She said they were at Pacific Ave and Benjamin Holt near the Bank of Stockton. Their menu is really simple and clearly pictured with prices. Not only do they have traditional Korean dishes such as chicken or beef bulgogi over rice, but they also make Asian fusion items such as bulgogi burritos(which are made with kimchi fried rice) and soft tacos. I decided to order the beef bulgogi over rice and beef bulgogi kimbap. The beef bulgogi is $ 9 and the kimbap(your choice of protein) is $ 5. All prices are after tax. So in other words, the price you see is the price you pay. Furthermore, their food truck seemed to be operated by a mom and pop because all I observed at the time was a middle aged Korean couple working. Both of them are really sweet and polite. I asked how long it would take for my order because of a time crunch, and they quoted me 5 minutes. The food arrived no later and they were considerate enough to ask if I wanted kimchi and/or chopsticks. Sadly, not all Asians appreciate either so I was flattered by their thoughtfulness. Right when the lady gave me my order, an enticing aroma exuded from the bag. I could smell the sweet and savory beef bulgogi right before she even opened the screen to hand it over. When I had the chance to finally open up the boxes and take a few bites of both items, it was simply amazing and not to mention they had decent portions. You can taste all of the ingredients in the kimbap, nothing was too overpowering. Besides the beef bulgogi, there was pickled carrots, daikon, and of course nori wrapping seaweed. In their kimbap, they also put seaweed salad which was a very interesting addition. It added an extra seaweed flavor and crunchy texture to the very simple rolls. Also the kimbap rice was evenly seasoned with vinegar. Onto the star of the show; the beef bulgolgi. It was absolutely perfect, not too bland, not too salty, and marvelously tender. That is ribeye done right. Lastly, the rice in both dishes were perfectly cooked. Eating Korean steamed rice is refreshing because it is supposed to clump together for easy bite sized portions but isn’t soggy like rice porridge. Stockton really needs more tasty Korean spots. Hopefully the owners are able to successfully open a restaurant in the city one day if they choose. Service: 5⁄5 Food: 5⁄5 Overall: 5⁄5 Quick and authentic food, simple menu, and wonderful service. What else is there to ask for? I would definitely recommend as this is now one of my bookmarked favorites. Gamsahabnida!

Great place for Korean food. It’s a nice Korean food truck. The prices are a little expensive, but it’s good quality food. It doesn’t taste cheap. It has good flavor and is of quality!

For korean food on a truck there’s no way the food should be anywhere near this good, but it is. Surprisingly fresh and with the right mix of flavors you won’t be disappointed with trying this place out especially if you love Korean food.

Delicious Korean food for an adequate price. The truck was at the University of the Pacific today and I decided to try it out. The wait was kind of long but it was because there were a lot of customers. In the end the wait was worth it! Perfect meal to eat while I do my research paper and study for midterms.

I love getting the #8 Sushi type things. $ 5 is a good buy for the amount of food they give and it fills you up! It’s always parked on Pacific Ave in front of either Chuck E Cheese or Bank of America. Quick little bite to eat.

This place is a bit overpriced, but the food is solid for Stockton standards. I got the Kimchee Bulgogi Burrito for $ 9. Although it tasted good and filling, I would not pay $ 9 for basically just rice and a few meat pieces. The staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel very welcomed as you wait for your food. I would come back just to support their friendly business, but I would not come back for the food necessarily b/c of the price.

Food is usually good, sometimes a bit greasier than I would expect, but good enough to come back another time. Main thing here is the wait time, 15 minutes for one burrito! As long as you’re not in a rush, it’s ok, or try calling your order in ahead of time.

I was driving around with my boyfriend trying to decide what to have for dinner. Then I notice this Korean truck & mention it to my bf he said,“Yeah, I’m up for something different. We pulled up and took a moment to look at the menu small menu but easy to read I ordered the spicy pork it came with rice and kimche and my bf he ordered the chicken. The lady warn us that rice was cooking & the wait is 15 minutes. We didn’t mind, we weren’t in a rush so we stand around & chatted. 10 minutes later the lady asked if we want salad or kimche? We went for the salad. We also ordered potstickers it had meat, veggies and glass noodles with a side of soy sauce. We got our orders on the way home my bf open up the bag to have a taste of the food. The pork was really good had a good spice taste I loved it the chicken was flavorful the salad was good too. It had a bit of kimche taste to it but it was romaine lettuce. Really enjoyed my meal with them most definitely will be coming back again and I’ll try to take pictures of my food.

Had the Kimchi Bokkeumbap(kimchi fried rice) and goon mandu today. Both were good. The bulgogi beef was delish, but I was expecting a stronger kimichi flavor from the rice. I’ve never had kimchi rice before, so maybe thats how its suppose taste. It was good no less. ^-^ The goon mandu was your standard potsticker/dumpling. Found out there are specials on Wednesday! Overall so far, my fave dishes have been the spicy pork and the Dukbokki. Will go back for the specials and to try the Jap Chae

Cute«mom & pop» truck. My ddeukbokki was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. The food was well made and came out fairly quickly. The ddeukbokki was soft and chewy, not hard, and the perfect amount of spicy. I would definitely seek this truck out and come again to try some of the other things on their menu! The food was made by a Korean woman and it tasted authentic like my mom’s cooking :)

Okay, so I only got like one thing from them but it was awesome enough to make me want to write review. I’ve always loved korean food, so when I passed this place this morning I knew I had to stop by. I got the japchae and it was a delightful experience. The truck itself is super clean and the employees are so nice and kind. They made the food right in front of me and served it piping hot. I didn’t eat here, but I did bring the food home to enjoy in the comfort of the TV and my couch. I will definitely stop by again in the near future.

It’s a legit food truck. That’s pretty much all I can say. Location is pretty weird, but if you’re familiar with the area, it’s food truck row, in front of the bank. The food they make is all authentic, the owners are legit Korean, and they know what they’re doing. Tofu soup is bomb, so flavorful. I have yet to try the other foods. Service is alright, they could be friendlier, but they’re busy, I get it. Although, strange to wait 15 + with no one there, maybe it’s the soup. I will try this place again though Check this place out!

First time here ordered the bulgogi tacos topped with cabbage and kimchee and huge bulgogi burrito with kimchee rice… made with love by the cutest older Korean couple… when I saw them I knew it was going be good! So delicious, hot and fresh and made to order, bulgogi had excellent flavor, kimchee on the milder side but nothing a squeeze of sriracha can’t fix… super yummy, I will definitely be back(probably tomorrow, sorry diet will have to wait lol) Support local business and get some happiness in your mouth!

Absolutely love Korean food. Its much more healthier for you than a burger and fries. I have gone here twice and I will be going back again. My favorite food here is the bulgogi kimbap. I can eat 2 orders by myself. Kum som ni da Flavors Of Korea!

Whenever we drive by Pershing, I always see this truck. Yesterday was our first time going there. We got the Bulgogi Sandwich. Inside, there’s a sweet beef that’s nice and tender and there’s no fat, which is always a plus for me. It’s very good, but it’s 6.50. With that price I could get a larger sandwich at Subway. Next, we got the Goon Mandu which is a Korean potsticker. Inside, there’s ground pork with like spring onion and glass noodles inside. It’s 5 pieces for 4 dollars. Again, I would say I could buy a full lunch for four dollars. We paid a total of $ 10.50. We’re definitely coming back. Next time I want to try their kimbap and their pork lr chicken bulgogi with rice.

I am always full and satisfied after visiting here! It has become one of my favorite go-to spots in Stockton when I’m craving Korean food. The truck boasts a wide range of menu items(and still more being added!), ranging from authentic Korean cuisine to American food with a Korean twist — sandwiches, tacos, burritos — whatever you may be craving. I feel like I’ve truly gotten a taste(literally) of Korean culture throughout my visits here, and the couple that runs it is so nice. Most recently I tried the yukgaejang, a spicy beef soup with bean sprouts and an interesting assortment of vegetables, which came with rice. The owner taught me how to properly eat the yukgaejang with the rice by either eating it together or alternating spoonfuls. It was piping hot temperature-wise AND flavor-wise! Perfect for sick me on a windy day, and the container was so large that I had leftovers for the next day, too. On this visit I tried the goon mandu(a serving gets you 5 pieces), fried dumplings filled with beef and vegetables, which were very yummy as well. I highly recommend their ddeukbokki and bulgogi! The large bulgogi plate has a generous helping of rice and bulgogi, along with a side of salad. The whole thing is a satisfying, filling meal in itself. I’ve found the meat here to be quite good. And the ddeukbokki is AMAZING! Whichever size you order(small or large), you’ll still get a large portion of super spicy(yet a little sweet) and addicting rice cakes and fish cakes. I’ve also tried their japchae and kimchee bokkeumbap, both topped by bulgogi, and would not hesitate to order them again… except I need to finish trying everything else on the menu first! They’ve had their share of moving around Stockton but it seems like they’re consistently able to stay by Walgreens on March now. Otherwise you can check their location/open status via @FlavorsKorea on Twitter. If you park in the Walgreens parking lot, they’re only a few steps away!

Still good as always, BUT, unfortunately, they were requested to move their truck to another area, so they are no longer located on March Lane and Georgetown but instead on 4227 Pacific Avenue(Note: this is also the address of the pawn shop where they are stationed). Let me just say that the new location is so ridiculous because their truck is sandwiched between a pawn shop and a storage place making them difficult to notice, and if that weren’t annoying enough the pawn shop where they are stationed at have their own advertisement truck blocking their view. For those who don’t want to get lost just refer to the location of Sakura and the Dutch Bakery because the food truck is just a few feet behind them. Also, take the exit(or Right Turn) towards the Thomas Pharmacy Building. If you passed by the Burns Tower of U.O.P then you’ve gone WAAAAY too far. The Korean couple are extremely nice; they’ve even recognized me now since I’ve been a regular customer and happily greeted me. We talked for a few minutes(since I was their only customer during the beginning of the day) and told me how sad they were about their new location because they weren’t making as much business as they used to, so I encourage everyone to come and help them out if you can, or even petition a new location for them! Despite their new location though, their food is still delicious as ever(you can never go wrong with their Kimbap and Tteokbokki) and their service is extremely polite. I wish the best for the couple and hope that they can relocate as soon as possible.
