Finish Line

Four people working, one who was with a customer said hello, the other three were just standing around. No one asked if I needed help or offered to find me any sizes. I will not be back, and plan to spend my money elsewhere.

They have a wide range of shoes to choose from and great sales. BUT about 80% of the time we are there we can never get any help. The employees stand talking to each other. And on multiple occasions we were passed up and not even asked if we need help, even with us standing waiting for help. Theres the cashiers and the floor workers im assuming. But even on a slow day for some reason we cant get help. I have left on a few occasions whilst shopping for shoes because we could not get any help or get told it would be a moment and moments rurned into 20 min of waiting. I just wish that the acknowledgement for your customers should be fixed. Ironically, we can usually find help on busy days.

Part three of our journey:
So this was out last stop of the day. Time was becoming a factor for us. My lunch break was almost over and we needed to make a choice here or wait for my next day off from work to do some more shopping and we’ll have more time.
So we looked around and checked out the Nikes, Converse and looked at some socks. I saw a nice pair of gym shoes I was thinking of picking up. Since I made a separate trip a day or so prior.
The kids did see a few pair of shoes that they liked but the ex-​wife wanted to hit one more store. Before we made our choices.
This store is pretty big here a lot of space. The place is well kept up and I do like the staff here. I don’t like being bothered to much when I’m lost in thought :) when I tell someone I’m still looking and I’ll come to you when I’m ready.
At Finish Line they actually listen to me, That’s Major points in my book too.
I love being helped but there are times when you’re approached way too many times in a short span. That part I don’t care for. I never liked pushy salespeople. I don’t get that here at all when we come. For us the staff is chill and laidback more my style.
Like all shoes places in the Mall. Finish Line sells all major brands of shoes. Also sells socks, sweaters and shirts plus other shoe supplies.
So once again we left another shoes store and didn’t find the «Perfect Pair» of shoes.

So yeah we’ll be back sooner than later :)

A sales clerk named Bree helped me.
I asked her to find a certain size in a certain style.
She said it wasn’t available but
offered other styles in the size I did want.
I ended up getting something better than I originally wanted.
I got good service from Bree.

I only come here because I have coupons, other than that, the shoes on the website don’t compare to the shoes in the store. When you ask them if they have the shoe, they tell you that this is all they have in the store. You’re better off ordering them online. It’s cheaper and you don’t have to deal with the employees. The black guy working there is super lazy, I asked him if I can get the all white Nike Air Max 95, he gave me the most dirty pair of shoes I’ve seen. I was pissed, he expected me to pay $ 100 for shoes that look like they were donated from the goodwill? Truly unprofessional.

Pretty quick. knew what I was getting and got it quick… THe store is almost all the time empty anyways…
