Salad is a must! Everything fresh and clean

This review is long overdue.
I’ve eaten here more than 100 times due to the fact that I’m:
1. A cheap bastard
2. Without motorized transportation (I own a bike)
3. In love with the chorizo and would rather eat here than at the other choices in the area such as Jack in the Crack and Casa Flores
4. An employee of one of the companies in the immediate area
I can’t speak for the adobada (I had it once and it didn’t have that big of an impression on me), the lengua, or the cabeza (I’m the only guy you’ll ever meet that will turn down head).
The carne asada is meh. The meat quality seems cheap and tasteless.
The pollo is not bad. Uses dark meat instead of dry and much more healthy white meat.
The chorizo is the probably amongst the best I’ve had. Full of flavor. Worth coming back for.
Recommendation: The nachos.
