Cost U Less Plumbing

We were without toilets, shower, washer, and dishwasher as everything had plugged up. Our home warranty company recommended them. Eric came out on his day off to fix the problem. Didn’t take much time and Eric was very nice and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

I wanted to mention what great service this company and guys provide to their customers. I have had a shower nightmare at a rental property that immediately they were able to come in access the issue and resolve it without any delays for my tenants. Their work is top quality and as mentioned they try to give you the best advice possible to help you get the best solution to resolve your issue. Tonight low and behold I had another huge issue arise where it looks like a main water pipe broke in the house. I was able to ring Bobby immediately and he got all over the situation even it being after hours and we were able to trouble shoot a plan of action for tomorrow. He also had some great advice due to his years of experience. Wish me luck to morrow for part 2 of our findings to see how bad the damage is. I am confident Cost u less Plumbing will take care good care of me.

Had the pleasure of working with Cost U Less plumbing when our water heater started leaking through Old Republic Home Warranty.
Was referred to Cost U Less by the home warranty company we pay for. Called the number in the evening but it was unfortunate that they werent available that same evening. Was given a choice of mid morning or afternoon, chose afternoon and was notified that if any changes came up I would be notified.
Got a call from Bobby the next day and was told that he can take care of business earlier if I wanted to but I couldnt avail myself to do so. We spoke on the phone about the water heater problem and to minimize any downtime, he opted to pick up a water heater prior to the site visit as he had already diagnosed the issue.
Very professional upon arrival. Made the inspection and placed the call for an approval from the warranty company within 5 min. Completed the job in less than 1.5 hours. Nothing was rushed and the work area was left clean.
Would highly recommend.

Eric came out the same day I placed the call for service. He repaired my pipe in tub/​shower area and now it’s back working. He was very nice and worked diligently the whole time he was here. Thank you!
