Terrible! What happened to «caring about people»? If you’re in medical need, just find healthcare someplace else. This clinic is one of the worst, especially communication. No one really seems to care anymore unless you are insured by a preferred medical ins., and I can only imagine if you have medicare or medi-​cal, just go to the emergency, you’ll wait longer, but someone has to care enough to help you.

Worst customer service I rather die than go in here again. Where you guys get your license from a cereal box. I swear I’m never coming back here.

I started coming here ever since I had my first son in 2009. The staff is really hospitable and very nice. The past year they’ve been really booked daily so its hard to make an appointment when needed. You have to call at 6am for an appointment for that day. There’s no walkins at all. Depending on what time your apointment is you can be in there for about an hour and a half to 2 hours total.
