Ordered a family meal in the drive thru. Nothing special. Was told to go park and they would bring the food in about 3 minutes. 10 minutes go by and I decide to go in. They had no clue about my order! So they made it then. The banana pies were hot and supposed to be cold. Absolutely no customer service. This place sucks.

The last two nights I attempted to grab a bite to eat I was very shocked to have gotten such bad customer service. The first time I brushed it off as the gentleman just having a bad day. A week later that same gentleman at the drive through window was equally as unhelpful. His tone was rude and he acted like I was bothering him by adding on to my order. Every time I ordered something he quickly asked if I was done ordering. I finally just cancelled my order and went to Taco Bell. I won’t be back at this location again.

Came in before watching movie, thinking it would be fast. To my dismay this place was anything but fast. Had a hunch things may go south by the number of customers waiting ahead of us. Still tried our luck anyways. Didn’t order anything fancy, extra or overly complicated just a couple meals and ice cream for the kids. Supplemented 2 fries for onion rings, and order was half right. Added rodeo burger, received that and the other set of onion rings half an hour later. Quick meal turned into an adventure. Just another reminder why I rarely come visit this town. Another establishment to cross off the list and avoid.

Went there tonight for ice cream. 44 min before closing and nobody answered the drive thru window. Drove by and 3 people were in there talking but scattered like I couldn’t see them when we drove by. My son and I are sick with sore throats and he was ry looking forward to ice cream.

Today wasn’t a good experience at all for me, the order taker rushed me through my order like she had something else better to do. first of all your menu doesn’t cater to bad eye sight folks like me, even with prescription contacts on I can barely read the damn menu… I asked the girl to hold on and she held on alright while repeating the other items to me, I guess I should of told her to hold on and give me a minute without her talking to me, I needed to focus shitttt lol geezus!

The food here is what you’d expect from a fast food joint. Nothing more. Nothing less. The problem (and the reason I gave it one star) is that the place stinks! I mean literally REEKS (like raw sewage). I don’t know what the deal is but I’ve been inside 3 or 4 times over the past year and as soon as you open the door, the disgusting smell of sewage/​feces greets you. I have now banned this place. If you must eat here stick with the drive thru. Trust me.

So I haven’t dined in this place for awhile and decided to have breakfast there. Bad Idea. I ordered the ultimate platter and I am expecting everything that is on the picture on the menu. So i got it and there was a muffin not a biscuit. I don’t like muffins and I addressed it to the cashier and she said that they didn’t have any more. I mean if they didn’t have any then they should have told me I could have changed my order. That made me really upset especially when I was nice about it but I got attitude back. I mean really you don’t want me to say what I really want too. Wait of my money and time. And the place is not clean I guess I would recommend that if you go there use the drive thru and check your orders.

Pardon my French but the workers here are straight up fuckheads! They’re rude, slow, and not to mention FUCKHEADS!
They copped attitude due to their mistake when making my burger wrong TWICE! I mean come on now are you serious?
If I could rate with negative stars they’d definitely get a negative 5 stars hands down. Horrible customer service, food was maybe room temperature, and the ac is on too! All around horrible experience!
This sucks this is the closest location… looks like I’m not planning on coming back to eat here for a while

Came by town for some shopping. Had not eaten all day, so needed some fuel. Decided I’d opt for someting quick. I ordered the big fish combo boy was this thing rancid. The cooking oil must have come from jiffy lube both the fish and fries were bad. The tasted like soap or some other foreign substance got into the cooking oil.
I love burger king but this one needs to stop using engine oil for cooking. The soda was not bad I just can’t imagine no one else that day noticed the taste. I’ll avoid this bk from now on.

This is my favorite BK. The workers get my order right &get my food out on time. I wish other BKs would do the same. I MISS WHOPPER WEDNESDAY! It was such a great deal.
