Bayon Grill

Came here a few times. The place is spacious, very clean and the aroma of this place just makes you wanna sit there and eat all day. The tamarind chicken is so tasty, it’s finger licken good. I had the spicy pork and it was good also. Then I had the ribs. All their food are tasty. The family, husband and wife are so humble. You can taste how passionate they are with their cooking with the food they serve.

It’s pretty good. A little bland, but good. I wished there were more chicken and cabbage instead of noodles. At least I know how to order next time. The inside of the restaurant looks very clean and the décor is nice.

The food here is good, but on my first visit I ordered hot wings as a appetizer and I didn’t receive it until I was done with my whole dinner… it seemed the owner forgot which he didn’t apologize because we finished our meal by the time he brought it out, NOT GOOD and to be honest the original hot wings were NOT GOOD at all! it had no flavor and the chicken was dry, it remained me of Wal-​Mart chicken wings because of the small hairs on the wings I wouldn’t recommend the original hot wings if you go.

I just had a fantastic dinner prepared with love by really kind people and served in a space that reflects just how much the owners care about it. The food was delicious (BBQ combo rice plate, lok lak beef rice plate, egg rolls, original spicy chicken wings, beef sticks, and Asian meat balls). Everything was perfectly balanced – sweet, salty, and spicy. Can’t wait to eat here again!

This is a great new restaurant! The owners are so nice and the food is hot and good. The prices are very affordable and the frequent user card is a must. What you order from the picture is definitely how it looks when you get it. Order online and pick it up quick. It’s so easy!

Very cool spot on the East side of Stockton. They have $ 5 rice bowls that will be the key to their success. I tried both the spicy pork and garlic noodles and both were delicious and filling. The staff was polite, service was quick, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and modern.
Definitely worth a visit!

Bayon Grill is maybe a half a mile or so from Highway 99.
I saw Bayon Grill on the Hot new business for my village. So I needed to check this place out.
So on my Daddy and Son day we decided to check this place out. We looked over the menu to see what we wanted to get.
So on our first vist and we ordered two $ 5 bowls one terryaki bowl and one beef. We also ordered some Bayon chicken wings. Plus two drinks, the soda is self serve and free refills. A big THANK YOU to the female cahsier for suggesting the Bayon wings.
My Terryaki bowl was good and my Son tore up his beef bowl with the quickness. He really liked the chicken wings a lot. Everything was really good and we left. Only to come home and my Son was throwing this place in my youngest daughter’s face. So I ended up comingback to get a bowl for my youngest daughter. We live pretty far from here and the cashier remembered. Where I told her, we live by. But in our mind it was worth the trip.
My youngest really liked her terryaki bowl and wanted to comeback with my eldest to eat. So on another visit, I picked up my eldest from work and the kids got thier favorite beef & terryaki bowls. I picked out this time tilapia and rice. As we were waiting for the food the kids were watching tv that they have here on the walls.
The service is great and the folks working talk to you and ask if it’s pretty good. It’s not like a typical restaurant. When your food is ready you come up to the counter and get it. It’s pretty spacious inside and they have restrooms. The parking is in the back. I’m not sure if Wi-​Fi is available, because I didn’t ask. They also take credit, which is a plus.
Everything we ate and we stuck with the same thing is great and consistent. That what stuck out to us the most. It taste good the first time and the next.
So yeah, when the kids want some good bowls. We’ll be definitely be comingback.

First time trying this place out and it was
! I love Ono Hawaiian but its 20 mins away from me and I always take it home, so its a drive. So when me and my bf came across this place not to mention its less than 5 mins away, I was so excited. I tried the BBQ Chicken plate. Give this place a try, you definitely will not be disappointed. The owner guy was really friendly. Quick service too.

The Thai Tea is perfectly sweet and creamy :)

Great food, Great service, I ordered the sweet & spicy pork plate and also sampled the rib and tilapia plate, all were tender and well seasoned, their wings are better some of the best I’ve had.

Nice clean restaurant. The fellow behind the counter was friendly and helpful too. I called in my order. Beef Lok Lak rice plate.(I wanted to try something new.) It was good. Cubes of tender, slightly chewy beef with white onions, cucumber and slices of tomato. The lemon pepper sauce and fresh lemon wedge come on the side. It wasn’t your typical Asian dish with lots of sauce but the flavors were really clean. The lemon pepper sauce is a lovely addition. refreshing! Just a bare hint of fish sauce but balanced well with the other ingredients. And the rice is great to eat with the juices that collect under the entrée! I will come back and try their other dishes. Check them out!

I’ve been passing this place for a few weeks waiting for it to open. I love Asian food so I was excited to try out this place, and I’m glad I did. When I first walked in it was a little empty but it’s expected because it’s only been open for about 2 weeks.
Their menu is small but simple. I ordered the BBQ Beef & Short Rib Strip and my aunt ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Plate. The BBQ Beef & Short Rib Strip was tender, it did have a bit of gristle though. It was marinated very nicely as well. The Teriyaki Chicken was good just as good as Teriyaki Chicken will ever be. Also we ordered Bayon Fried Wings Garlic Parmesan. They were crispy and had a good flavor, they didn’t have an overwhelming garlic or parmesan taste. The staff was also very friendly. All in all it was a good experience. I can’t wait to go back and try out the rest of their menu.

Bayon Grill! A new edition to this side of town. Food was good. Felt more like comfort food that was satisfying. I tried the grilled Tilapia with peppers plate, and my wife tried the bbq beef and rib strip plate. We were both satisfied with the overall quality of the food. Food was hot, fresh, very tasty, and good portions. My Tilapia had a good teriyaki flavor to it. The bbq beef and rib strip plate reminded us of a hawaiian bbq plate.
This place is located off of Fremont street and close to the 99 highway. They have a safe parking lot that is enclosed. The restaurant is very clean upon walking in from the parking lot to the inside of the store. There is abundance of seating and alot of interesting décor that my wife says is cute.
This place is a new startup and I hope they stick around and gain more customers. What’s good about this restaurant is that it adds more variety to the neighborhood. There’s alot of chinese food, and mexican restaurants. These guys have thai tea, shaved ice desserts, crepes, and a variety of different rice plates.
Next time I come back I will probably order a couple of their $ 5 rice bowls so I can try more of their food with my family. It is very convenient that as a start up they take credit cards. Most of the time new businesses only want cash, but they are prepared to take ATM/​Credit cards and of course cash! Another convenience is you can order your food online.
We will definitely come back and support this new business and encourage more people to come check it out!
