It is always a pleasure to stop by for batteries and perhaps a little repair. Debbie is always friendly and helpful. I have been using amplification for a number of years now and I will definitely return when I need mine replaced. I highly recommend Debbie Bond and American Hearing Aids.

She not only went went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the product but called me at home after I was recovering from surgery and offered to come to my house to make any adjustments if it was needed. My 93 year old Mom recently relocated from FL to Stockton CA. Of course, her hearing aid broke shortly after she arrived. I was so happy that I found Debbie from American Hearing Aids for my mom. My mom had her hearing problems for a long time now. She been to two different places to test her hearing in the past few years and both times they said her hearing was ok. Well, her hearing was not ok… how could it be ok if she had to turn the TV volume to the max to hear the TV and when talking to her we had to raise our voice for her to hear us talking.
Debbie was professional and genuine. She tested my mom’s hearing and explained in details all the different type of hearing aids available. Debbie made us feel very comfortable and «no pressure at all». We decided on the hearing aid that best for her.
My mom received her hearing aid about 8 days later. She is so so so Happy now. The TV volume is not up to the max anymore and we are talking to her in our normal voice now… no more yelling.
