This particular Wendy’s is run down. Tables have not been wiped, benches torn with the stuffing pulled out. I will not done here again

This takes the cake for the worst Wendys I’ve ever been to. 30 minutes to take our order inside. There were 4 people in front of us. 30 minutes for 4 people. The manager is running around behind all of them shouting encouraging words instead of helping. Customers have to keep going to ask for ketchup because the ketchup pumps are out. No one is replacing them. Just. Wow.

This place use to always be empty then all of a sudden, every time I go by they are slammed busy! The service is still great and the employees are very nice. They still get you out pretty quickly, even when busy.
