Walmart Supercenter

It’s just like every other Walmart. Plenty of customers, long checkout lines, merchandise misplaced, etc. However, I’m come to accept the headaches of the aforementioned issues in exchange for low prices.
Setup is the same as most other Walmarts with a full grocery, meat, bakery, and deli departments. The deli area is awkwardly located towards the rear of the store (I’ve always seen the deli in the front near the entrance). The aisles are wide and spacious unlike many other Walmarts.

I live near this walmart unfortunately, so I’m in here somewhat often for odds and ends and pharmacy. I realize this is walmart not nordstrom but I hate going in this store. The customer service from all departments is abysmal: slow, unfriendly, unhelpful, silly policies… just plain bad. I’ve been in here more than 20 times and not once have I had a good experience.
A few things that stand out:
–not enough cashiers… There is ALWAYS a wait to check out. I was recently in late in the evening and they had only 1 register open with about a dozen people in line yet 7 or so associates in eye sight stocking shelves… does that make sense?!!
— pharmacy takes their dear sweet time. I’ve been here over an hour waiting for my prescription to be filled… They have it. And here is no line. Just taking their time. Oh and by the way, they close from 1:30−2pm for lunch. REALLY? Is this 2015? Is this a mega global 24-​hour corporation or a mom and pop shop in rural Idaho? Really frustrating.
These are just a couple of recent frustrations but the overall experience here is poor.

The customer service here sucks. Plain and simple. I got to the register with my items and the cashier didn’t even speak to me until it was time to tell me my total. After I paid, I got a weak, mumbled «Have a nice day.» I know it’s Walmart, and we don’t expect much in the way of customer service (really, you come here for the cheap prices), but to not acknowledge the customer is just…*sigh*

this walmart has been around a min, so it has just about errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrythamg ya need. too many registers and not enough cashiers. always check clearance for deal.
