Pueblo Mio Mexican Bar & Grill

Definitely not impressed. Slow service for a fairly empty place, watered down margaritas. On a high note the chips and salsa was good.

Came here for lunch on a weekday. I thought it would be packed with the hospital and so many businesses being close by. In the 3 hours we were there, there was only about 5 people who either ordered food to go or dined in. It was kind of weird that there wasn’t more people. The Pueblo margarita was delicious and nice and strong. It was $ 12 for a 32oz which was reasonable. There were no happy hour specials, but they do have those on Thursday evenings. I was craving nachos and I should have passed. The chicken was shredded but tasted like dog food. The waiter was kind and attentive. They weren’t busy so he and the hostess/​other waitress were sitting down chatting at a table. The fajitas were very good though. This place was just «okay» I would skip this place and go to La Parilla a few exits down or even La Hacienda up the road.

My shirt steak was so tough. I had a lot of difficult cutting it with a knife. Plus my child said the quesadilla did not have a taste. So I tried it, and he was right. I was kind of disappointed since I wanted to try this place for awhile.

We are regulars here and I can tell you the food here is ALWAYS good. Drinks are great and service is good. I’ve been to other places and this place beats them all

To go order. Never going back, extremely weak offering. I aslo got a Texas margarita, another weak offering. Tastes very watery and lacked all flavor.

Outstanding… This used to be the restaurant Pueblo Viejo… What an improvement… I ordered the Shrimp Enchiladas… Wow…large portion for $ 10.45…the whole bill came out to $ 13.38 with a coke and refill… you just can’t beat that… the chips were good but the salsa could use some work all you could taste was cilantro and nothing else… but I didn’t come for the appetizer anyway… my Server was Brianna… what a delight she was… fast and very attentive… she’s what a server should be… I’m coming back…

Wonderful find in an unexpected place. The drinks were enormous and the dinner portions were more than one person can eat. I’m not usually a fan of Mexican food but I enjoyed this.

Wife and I ate here last week. Place is small, dingy without much atmosphere. Service was fine, though it seemed to take a bit long to get oue food considering the place was two thirds empty. Food was meh, really no better than fast food Mexican. Wife got rice with her meal and it was like mush, inedible. Folks who think this is good Mexican must have very limited experience or don’t know what good Mexican is like. Much better places in the area.

Awesome food here, but the service is way too inconsistent. One day I went in and got great service, then today I received the worst service I’ve received in ten years. The male server from today was inattentive and forgetful, and wouldn’t even bring our check at the end of the meal. We remained polite, but had he asked how our experience was, we would have given him an earful. Since he is not our normal server, I didn’t let this one time taint the rating, but if this was my only time visiting, I would not come back.

I eat here often. Perhaps slightly better than most Mexican restaurants but nothing exceptional that I’ve tried but I don’t order the fancy meals. Taco’s could use more meat and flavor. I enjoy the taco salad and chicken quesadilla often. Fajita’s are always good. Rice sometimes has a slight soap flavor… strange. Like I said, I keep going back so don’t be shy, give it a try.

We have been there several times and have not been disappointed. The food is AWESOME! This is our go to place when we don’t want to go into the city.

The food here is authentic. It is extremely tasty. I’ve enjoyed every single meal I’ve ever had here. The drinks are nice. My concern is that the service on every visit has been inconsistent.

Love this place! Margaritas are always on point and the appetizer wings are great… Not greasy like other wing places out here. Staff very sweet. They always take care of me and my crew when we arrive.

A very nice place to have a great Mexican meal that is not overly priced! The food is wonderful, service is awesome and the atmosphere is very comfortable!

Wow, If drive down from Atlanta for this food again. Chicken Rellano was incredible. The rice that comes with it was great. Salad dressings are homemade and perfect.
