Nice staff. Very customer oriented! Love the bread they offer! Yum Yummy! Came in for a quick soup and salad for lunch. I had the Chicken Tortilla and a Caesar, It was okay. I wouldn’t complain but I wouldn’t reorder either. However the service was really good! Very courteous!

This place used to deserve 3 maybe 4 stars, but tonight it was 5 star quality. Russell was our chef and he cooked our steaks and seared Tuna to perfection. Seasoned perfectly and cooked to a medium rare. Best meal we have ever had there. Toni was our waitress and she did a great job serving us. They are getting a new menu at the end of this month(June) and it has a lot of good choices. Looking forward to going back.

My fiancé and I come to this outback at this once a month. We always request Shane as our waiter. He is so friendly and full of personality. He’s a great guy and very attentive. We look forward to talking with Shane when we come to eat. The food is always delicious and they have a great drink menu. The Wallaby Darned is my favorite mixed drink. I recommend going to this outback location! And don’t forget to ask for Shane as your waiter!

Worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant. I advise against the Prime Rib just taste like a flavorless piece of meat. Ceasars salad was very slimy«loaded» backed potato had 4 chives on it and 5 pieces of bacon bits… yes I counted. Our server had the personality of a dead fish. Do yourself a favor and go to Longhorns.

They were out of several menu items, service was very slow. To add insult to injury the cheeseburger ordered in place of the steak quesadilla I wanted was burnt and the fries were soggy. I would recommend that if your looking for a good experience go somewhere else.

My fiancé and I attempted to eat here today for lunch. When we walked in it took 5 minutes for a hostess to even show up. They weren’t busy so we were seated right away. We then waited another 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our existence and perhaps take our drink order. While waiting we overheard a few surrounding conversations; one table never received their drinks & went to inform the manager, another table sent their baked potato back because it was cold when it finally reached their table. We decided it would be better to jump ship rather than wait for more terrible service so we got up & left. The only reason we went there to begin with is because we received a gift card for there for Christmas and wanted to try to use it. I’m not sure if we’ll go back to try again or not. If we do go back and receive better service I may change my review.

I made a run by Outback for lunch today. I hadn’t been to an Outback in probably 5 years, and never for lunch, so I decided to check it out. I went in and sat in the bar area. I ordered the ribeye(medium), salad and loaded baked potato. The ambiance of the bar was pleasant. My steak arrived and as I began to attempt to cut it, I realized I had just been«had». It was cooked appropriately for«medium», but was thin and tough. Honestly, I do not know what quality level of meat they are being supplied with, but I can tell you it is a low quality. This steak might have measured ½″ thick after being cooked, and I had to work to cut it. I have better cuts of meat, at home in my freezer… for $ 19, I shouldn’t have had to saw away at it! The saving grace of the visit was that I had excellent service. Would I go there again? Yes, but I would only order the filet at lunch. Stay away from the ribeye(shoe leather).

The worst customer service experience. I called to place a to-go order. I called three separate times(option 2 for togo orders) no answer and no voice mail, the phone just stops ringing but the call is still active. I called again this time option 1 and spoke to the hostess. I explained the situation and she said she would get somebody. I stayed on hold for 8 minutes and she never came back. So while on hold I called from another phone option 1, spoke to a person and at that point asked for manager because this is ridiculous. At this point I was not going to order any food from this establishment but wanted to let them know they are probably missing business. I waited on hold for 8 minutes and no manager ever answered.

I ate at this Outback Thursday and it was the worst service I had at this location. It was crowded but it seemed as the entire staff was new/In-training mode. Our waitress was overwhelmed and she took forever to bring our complimentary bread and initial order out. My steak was under cooked. Beware of this location when there is a long wait…

The prime rib melt was like jerky, dry, after the second time around, the manager was nice enough to take it off the bill.

Brought my mom here for Mother’s Day. We ordered bone-in ribeye and it was delicious! It was huge! I mean brontosaurus sized and very tender. And very tasty. However, everything else was so-so. Dry mashed potatoes and not memorable. The small lobster tail was overcooked. However, I will be back when I’m feeling particularly carnivorous.

30 min wait tonight!!! Why… one side has 15 tables clean and available. This is not how business make money! Won’t come back to this cluster mess!!!

I came here on a whim with my lady. Any invitation to eat is an invitation that I’ll accept. She has a serious addiction for Prime Rib. If she could have it everyday she would. We got there around 6. It was pretty empty for a Friday. We were seated in a booth near the front(The lady loves booths too). For an appetizer we decided to get some quesadillas with accompanying honey mustard, not something that I’m a fan of but you know who enjoys it much. They were very tasty and just greasy enough for my liking. For my main course I decided to do as I do at all restaurants and decided to allow someone else to choose my meal. To my delight my other half chose a 22Oz Ribeye steak with asparagus and yellow rice. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I would have preferred if the steak didn’t have as much fat as it did but I don’t really expect the perfect steak at Outback. What made this dinner awesome was our server Michaela. She checked up on us just enough, not too little and not too much. She also had a very pleasant attitude and didn’t mess up our order at all not too mention she also helped decide my meal. If you go to Outback make sure to ask for her.

I’m not a huge fan of Outback Steakhouses in general and this one is no exception. First off, it isn’t really that easy to get to and when it is busy(which it can be at lunch and dinner, surprisingly) parking can be an issue. However, it is a great pick for customer lunches because the menu is consistent with all of the other locations and you pretty know what to expect. We, of course had the blooming onion, which was ok… pretty greasy, but acceptable. There was a prime rib special which we both had and it was really very good. Portion sizes were bigger than what I would expect at lunch. The meat was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy. Other times that I have been for dinner, the experience was not so great. Service is much slower and the food quality didn’t seem as good. I’m sure I will be back… only for lunch if I can help it.

Terrible!!! Sat for over an hour, place was not busy, waiting for our stuffed mushroom appetizer and french onion soup with an added side of crab legs. The stuffed mushrooms came to us cold and soggy. We notified the manager and he apologized and brought us back the SAME mushrooms when I asked him if those were the same ones he said yes he just reheated them!!! Omg. Then the crab legs were so dry… they were parched! Then, the meal came out with the french onion soups! Hah! Unbelievable!!! The manager comped our check but we are still hungry as everything was served cold and dirty were on 3 tables that were sitting there since we were there the whole time!!! I do NOT recommend this establishment and I will NOT be returning here. EVER!

1 hour wait on Friday night, no where to park, made us move from curbside, no where to sit inside, still understandable, no pagers when table ready, not cool at all. To cold to wait outside.

I visited this Outback for my birthday a while ago due to heavier-than-normal traffic that night(there was road work south of Stockbridge along I-75). I’ve never been a huge fan of Outback Restaurants and I normally don’t think twice about skipping over them, but due to my penchant for steak that night, it was kind of the best(…and only) local option to celebrate with a cow on my plate. Sorry Chick-Fil-A cows across the street! LOL! Totally bad decision… I really need to learn to trust my gut sometimes! My medium well steak was dry and overcooked. My potatoes were very good though. My wife’s well done steak came out leathery and tough. Her mixed veggies saved the day. We debated on ordering drinks and I was kinda glad that we didn’t…I had a feeling that they probably would have been watered down anyways. Reason for 3 stars: The service was quick. We ended up getting our orders quickly and the waitress was very polite. Not sure if Outback does anything for birthdays but I did mention to her that it was my big day and nothing happened on their end. Still kinda bummed about it.

I have been to A LOT of Outback Steakhouses over the years. I always get the same thing(some people may say I’m bring but I prefer consistent, stable and know a good thing when I see it). The Outback in McDonough is probably the best I have ever been to. THe staff was friendly, the food(lamb of course) was done perfectly and served in single chops rather than the double so you have to pull them apart when you’re done. The Bloomin’ Onion was. .. well. .. it was a Bloomin’ Onion and as good as everyone knows it can be. Yes, Outback, this is your best location and I will be back here every time I find myself in the area.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back from camping. There were seven of us on a Sunday afternoon, but that’s no excuse for the horrible service we received. We were seated and then ignored for a good 10 minutes. Finally the server for the table next to us noticed and took our drink order. We then waited another 5 minutes or so after getting our drinks before he resurfaced informing us that our server had had an «accident» of some kind. Okay? It shouldn’t take nearly 20 minutes to figure that out. It picked up a little bit once they figured out who was supposed to be helping us, but not much. The food was fine. Typical chain stuff with nothing really to recommend for or against it. My soup and salad were just fine. Everyone else seemed happy with their meals. If given the choice, I wouldn’t go back to any Outback, but this location in particular.
