«One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. «or at least they say, right. Well if you visit your local goodwill, maybe you will find some hidden treasure…
For the most part, this is a very nice goodwill, well kept up and usually pretty organized in comparison to others that I have visited. I usually come here looking for cool vintage t-​shirts that might no longer fit someone and sometimes I’ll browse the suit rack and find a nice European suit, so far I have found a Burberry, Yves Saint-​Laurent and a Christian Dior. Now all I am looking for is that beautiful Italian Brioni suit.
My only issue with goodwill in general is that they sometimes have clothing that would probably never be anyone’s treasure, just another person’s trash, because some items are full of stains and holes. Why would someone want to pay $ 5 for a used shirt with holes, covered in stains and that reeks from moth balls? Hopefully someone thoroughly looks at each item to make sure it is in selling condition.
Besides that, goodwill rocks!
