I come here way more than I probably should but they are so nice and polite this is my favorite chik-​fil-​a!

My best friend and I some times meet here for lunch. She informed me recently that they have a breakfast bar as well. I have always enjoyed our lunches here but the breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. I’d say get here just after 8 AM to beat the crowds.

Setting a new standard. Nicest Chick Fil-​A I have seen. It has a separate Dwarf Door for little kids to enter. Huge dining area with 3 separate rooms and carpeted throughout. Also has bar stool seating at counter. You order, then need to wait to be seated by hostess and meal brought to your table. On Friday mornings, an all you can eat buffet is offered.

Great food, great customer service, fast service. Belgium waffles are the best and of course the chicken sandwich.

This is one of the best Chick-fil-A’s around! I was blown away in particular by the service. Queen took our order and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was patient with us since we couldn’t decide what we wanted. We didn’t know about all the sauce options and Queen made sure to explain all of them and even offered some of her favorites (which just happened to be ours too after trying a few!). We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it was thanks to Queen (one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere)! Rubi even came by our table and offered to refill our drinks and made sure we were all set! As for food, it’s all about the spicy chicken sandwich!

They were able to accommodate a late order tray. Very nice and really great service! Not your traditional Chik Fil A; its a dwarf house theme with breakfast buffet.

So first of all I’d like to say that chick-​fil-​a is one of my favorite restaurants not only because they have really good food but for really good customer service I decided to eat McDonalds this morning and got very slow service and not only that to find out that my card was saying that it was not activated and I had money on it I just used it at a gas station this morning to get gas when I went to chick-​fil-​a to see if it worked there it also was not working but Gideon the waitress told me sir regardless if it’s working or not we’re not going to let you leave here without breakfast. She was very professional and very nice and as soon as I get my card corrected through the bank I am going back to pay for my meal. Thank you Gideon for making the beginning of my day so good.

Came by yesterday. The ladies at the window were so energetic and sweet and full of compliments and smiles. Why can’t every restaurant be this happy going? I ordered the chicken wrap meal. only complaint was the price. Almost ten dollars for one meal. But i know corporate sets the prices. Over all friendly staff. Very clean. Very nice place. The only fast food i eat. Not greasy. Lemonade is great.

clean, fast service. always friendly and food always hot. I even back in December received a coupon to have the same meal in Jan for free.

Food is always hot and tastes the same every time. Not open on Sundays. The dining room is extremely small. Free WIFI always works. Customer service is excellent.

Service was great as always. Breakfast buffet was really good. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, chicken filets, and cinnamon apples. Ate more than I should’ve but less than I wanted. Each item was refilled generously and often. Everything tasted great. The biscuits were a bit in between the usual breakfast biscuit size and the rolls they use for chikn minis.
My only complaint (which is really more of a suggestion) is that I didnt see any bowls to put the apples in. Im sure I could’ve asked for one but I didnt think about it until now.

I had a argument with my wife. Last night every side was cold as it came out. My contention was that’s the way it’s supposed to be — cold! She did not agree so we will not be going back.

The food is excellent! They are VERY fast and friendly. I have had a positive experience every time I’ve been to this location. Customer service is outstanding.

Please please please do something about the drive through waiting time now that you’ve gone to the two order stations. If you can’t handle the load go back to one. I can see the line from the street and if its semi long I will not even stop. Almost $ 3 for a large cup of coffee also hurts. Of course 5 stars on customer service and food quality though.

Took away a star because one day I came through the drive thru to order a gift card, I was told at the speaker to pull around, then told at the window I had to come in?! I asked why and the lady couldn’t give me a legit reason. I was upset because I was injured & in a hurry to get somewhere. Nonetheless I went in and someone else rung me up, I asked why this couldn’t be done at the window and she looked at me confused and said that it could! Imagine my frustration.
Anyway besides that I gave 4 stars because I love this place! I come here often to get the nuggets (all white meat chicken) with chic fil a sauce! MY FAVE! & because the service is NORMALLY outstanding.

I really don’t get this place… We sat down to eat and it was basically the ChickFilA menu that we ordered from. Food was consistent and the restaurant was clean which was great, of course.
Unfortunately, our server appeared to be annoyed with having us walk in (kinda dead at the time).
The dwarf door & mouthwash in the bathroom gives this place an extra star. kept the kids entertained.

We were blown away by this place. Yes, it is a Chik-​Fil-​A fastfood joint, but it fills a niche I’ve never seen before – the upscale fastfood establishment. There is the usual seat yourself area for customers, but the larger portion of the restaurant is devoted to a «please wait to be seated» area, which has waitresses. There appears to be a hot bar or buffet I’ve never seen before. The dining area has carpeting, attractive wood paneling, and the booths are comfortable. There was an employee who visited tables and asked if customers needed anything – napkins, mustard, etc. The bathroom was immaculately clean, and in addition to the usual soap dispensers, there was a mouthwash dispenser with little cups. The front of the place features a Dwarf Door for children to enter through for fun. This restaurant was absolutely packed when we went there – it was a madhouse, and even then it was still a pleasant experience.

Not one review currently for this? (though it looks like someone else once reviewed it, then removed their Unilocal account) That’s surprising, since going to this particular Dwarf House was a staple when I was a kid. It always was a greatly enjoyable experience, plus I recall they had certain items on their breakfast menu here you can’t find at other CFA locations. And the service was always great, whenever I went to this one over the years.
I probably last went to this one like 8 – 10 years ago (early 2000s), but thinking about it almost makes me wish I could do a return trip to this one tomorrow. Hope it (and other Dwarf Houses) stay open for years to come, since I always found Dwarf Houses to be a little more interesting going to over other CFA locations.

It’s because I’m a fan of this chain’s overall quality & efficiency that I must give a poor review for this particular location. Before I discuss their opportunities to excel, let me say their staff here was super friendly and they all had smiles.
Some issues included:
— Waiting to place my order took way longer than the two people ahead of me warranted. They appeared they had enough staff to add another order taker.
— My side salad was accompanied by almost room temp salad dressing (as opposed to refrigerated) which spoke to freshness, perhaps?
— Sandwich was presented to me with two bottom buns instead of a top & bottom bun.
— Seemed like order taker didn’t listen well to what I wanted which caused me to be asked the same question multiple times (dine in or carry out?)
Not a terrible experience, but not up to their high standards either.
