Do not like this location at all. No interpersonal skills. Rude. I rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to get to the Fayetteville location. Dr. McCafferty is a great doctor but I rather visit him at the Fayette location

Glad to have found out of the many allergies that I have but disappointed in Dr. McCafferty’s bedside manner which was a little unusual. Basically the doctor came into the room and did not greet me but came and sat down and said «ok what is going on with you» no hello, my name is, nothing. I tried to overlook this once we got to talking but it left a bad taste in my mouth. They eventually did find out of the number of allergies I had but the doctor also kept insisting that I was sick as a child and I must have blocked it out based on the large number of allergic reactions but I had to keep reminding him that I was not a sickly child so that was kind of offsetting and offensive. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was in there for about 3 hours total after being tested to see what I was allergic to. UPDATE: I went back to this place because I need an allergy doctor but switched to the other doctor who seems to be the complete opposite of McCafferty based on bedside manner. Yay!

If you’re traveling down Eagles Landing Parkway and you’re trying to find this clinic, it’s pretty easy to miss. Look for the Depoe Eye Center… it’s right behind their office (inside the same complex).
After experiencing the worst allergies of my life throughout this entire summer, I decided to check into allergy shots. I located the Atlanta Allergy Clinic after visiting an eye doctor for allergy-​related symptoms and immediately visited their office to book an appointment.
Dr. McCafferty is apparently one extremely popular fella though, ’cause my appointment was booked 1 month after my severe allergy symptoms disappeared. I was warned about this in advance, so I couldn’t complain.
He turned out to be one very kind doctor, with lots of feedback that he shares with his patients. Just a warning: this doctor comes equipped with laptop-​strapped-​to-​hip, but I’ve also noticed this with other doctors in other clinics as of late. It seems to be the way of the doctor these days, with their ability to quickly tap and connect into patient’s files without having to dig through piles of records from past visits. I find this to be very acceptable considering that things can get lost and things tend to look the same when you’re trying to quickly look through loads of paperwork to find personal notes.
Not to worry, though. You’re in good hands at this allergy clinic! If you’re looking for a clinic that administers allergy shots, the room is at the immediate front of the clinic. I noticed that the individuals that came simply for their shots were in and out of there on the fly.
The staff is very professional as well and was upfront about my deductibles. Super helpful!
