Had a really great experience renting U-hauls here. They have the best prices on specialty boxes and they will buy back any unused boxes (ask about how they monitor this — the box tab must not be cut/broken).
The service staff are fantastic. Friendly. Funny. Understanding. They had what we needed on the lot and they have an EXTENSIVE collection. I imagine if you are moving at peak times during the university calendar year, you might have a more challenging experience. For us, it was super easy.
Not planning to be back but if we were, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Used this one 3 times. First time they didn’t have the storage we ordered online, ended up having to drive an extra 60 miles to store our stuff and drive back to drop off the truck. Second time was okay. Third time special ordered a motorcycle trailer as we needed one with a motorcycle wheel chock. Ordered this online, and then called before picking up to make sure they had it. We were assured the ordered trailer was in. When we got there to pick it up all they had for us was a generic trailer. As we were under time pressure to haul we had to take what we could get. No chock, no discount for having the wrong ordered item, no satisfaction. No longer using this place.
