Waited nearly 20 mins. Not much but only two options for chicken lovers.
Ordered Grill Chicken Sandwich. Johnny lost the magic that it use to have.
The burger is okay to fill the tummy but not tasty.
Milk shakes are best part at this place.
Service is very sluggish.

This is my go to place when I am craving a mushroom and Swiss burger! That is the only thing I order off then menu though. The food is over priced and the sides are gross. Most of the other menu items aren’t very good and are super greasy! It’s a very typical food court experience, but they tried to make it feel more like a restaurant. There are better burgers on campus, but not in such a convenient location!

Not a free standing establishment but a large «vender» in the cafeteria at the student union at Oklahoma State University. I’ve eaten at other Johnny Rockets with much better success. This one has consistently poor service, and when THEY mess up your order, they get snippy and upset with YOU! I only come back on occasion because somebody in my party insists on trying it despite my pleas. This time I opted for the $ 4 cup of chili. I didn’t know they literally meant 1 cup, and it’s just straight out of a can. I got fries to go with it, another $ 2.35 or something. Half of the fries were rotten or at least had that «bad one» taste the we all know. If you want to spend $ 6 on a burger, $ 2.50 for fries, and $ 5 for a shake… then go right ahead. Your food will be less than mediocre, but the shake will be decent. If you need to talk to the staff, chances are you will find one that can barely speak or understand english. I don’t understand putting individuals still learning english in positions such as customer service. And if the line is more than 6 deep, I hope you have a long lunch break.
