Worst property management company EVER! Never rent from them. As previous posters have said HEW also kept our entire security of nearly $ 1,100. On top of keeping the entire deposit, we were billed an additional $ 25 each for «office fees to cover the move out process». That is what the home owners pay the property managers to do and they are trying to double charge the renters for it. We were provided a damage report sheet with an itemized list of bogus fees and charges. I called HEW to request the pictures that were taken during the walk-​through. The pictures proved the lack of damage and yet HEW stood by their charges. This company stereotypes college students as filthy animals who trash their rentals. They will use that as an excuse despite the condtion of your rental when you move out. My advise, rent from them and trash the place because you won’t be getting your deposit back anyway.
